Pan dulce - fluffy, sweet, and yummy.

We came here for breakfast. It opened at 8:00 despite the internet indicating 7:00. It was great. The cafe de olla was really delicious. The chilaquiles were flavorful and the portions were large. The staff was friendly. Would recommend!

Chilaquiles with avocado and fried eggs. Looks nice but the taste was mediocre.

Ok so chilaquiles are my thing. I LOVE them. So I was excited to try this place because that's what they specialize in, I thought. I was quite disappointed; so much so that I did not even finish half of it. I couldn't make it through them. My entire order was cold/cool- even the fried eggs. I don't know if they make them in advance or what- but I didn't expect the food to be so cold. They had no juices or agua fresca, and the coke I got was flat. I wanted this place to be amazing. Instead I'm now looking to go grab some tacos because I'm hungry.

Cafe olla cup, dirty on arrival.

This place was not a bad start to my trip in Tulum. I have one compliant about the cleanliness of their dishes...my cup was stained before I even took a drink. Did they wash this cup? Who knows!

Chilaquiles were good. Solid 9/10. Chilaquiles rojos with steak is a solid 7. Keep in mind the chilaquiles rojos are more like en tomatadas flavored. But still good. They way they season their steak is yummy ! Their cafe de ola is like grandma made it. Would recommend.

Off the beaten path, Los Chilaquiles was recommended to us by some locals for breakfast. As the name suggests, this place specializes in chilaquiles (Mexican breakfast with eggs, fried tortilla, and salsa) however they do offer other breakfast dishes like tortas (sandwich) with meat. Expect a lot of corn tortillas with your dish because each entree comes with a side of fresh hot tortillas in addition to the fried tortillas that's cooked with your eggs. You can request how you'd like your eggs cooked (scrambled, fried, etc) and ask for the hot sauce (it's in a little bottle) and really enhances the flavor profile of your dish. If you're sensitive to spices, I recommend using very little. For those who can take spices, dribble a lot over your eggs. The roja (red salsa) was delicious over eggs which we preferred over the verde (green) salsa. By 11am, the place was totally packed with locals. Get the coffee: it is Not your traditional American or European style coffee but totally a local one that is on the sweeter side. It has hints of chocolate, cinnamon, cardamom, and spices: Fantastic. I don't even drink coffee but this was Delicious and the standout here. Every single diner had a cup of coffee on their table.

What I wouldn't give to have these chilaquiles again. PHENOMENAL! So simple and delicious. An insane amount of flavor considering it's eggs and tortillas but those red and green salsas...wow. Must try!!! Also they serve fresh squeezed orange juice and cafe de olla. Amazing! This was my favorite breakfast of the trip, hands down.

Delicious! We're always looking for the best chilaquiles whenever we travel to the mother land and this is one of them! Small cute outdoor spot in town. Try the chilaquiles mixtos so you get to taste both red and green salsas. BOMB. Here's a half eaten pictures cause I couldn't wait to eat them!

We arrived around 745a and no one else was around. Only some stragglers from the prior night still getting after it. We ordered two lattes with almond milk and two breakfast burritos. The one I had was really good, beautiful presentation for breakfast. The ratio of potatoes:eggs:bacon was a little off and it seemed like a little more potatoes than other stuff in my partners. Overall, though it was super convenient and they do have some really good specials for fish tacos and drinks later on in the afternoon. We only had one meal here during our stay so can't speak too much else. They did seem to be reasonably busy throughout the day when we would drive by though.

If you're on a tight schedule, definitely give yourself extra time. Service can be slow, especially during busy hours, and it can take a while for food to come out. That said, it's a nice spot if you're not in a rush and want to relax. The food was delicious. I had the peanut butter bowl, and the açaí ingredients were fresh and high quality. I just wish I had tried more items. My husband really enjoyed his breakfast burrito and said it was very satisfying. The latte was just okay. They use syrup from a plastic bottle, which I personally didn't love, so I wouldn't recommend coming here specifically for coffee. Tried a tumeric shot instead and that was yummy! One of the best parts is the location. It was super convenient for us since it was about a block from where we were staying at Azulik and within walking distance of everything cute in the area. The upstairs seating is great for people watching, and the overall vibe is very tropical and relaxed. The servers were okay, not especially friendly, but I get that they probably deal with a lot of tourists every day. Overall, it's a good spot for tasty breakfast bowls and burritos in a great location. Just come with patience and skip the latte.

We waited inside why they cooked our order. The atmosphere was cool, very trendy, clean and designed beautifully with an in door out door seating option. They had a variety of foods to choose from especially if you have allergies, like gluten, dairy free, or plant based. The burritos we got were huge! They wrap them in banana leaves and let me tell you they were crazy good! When I first saw them I was little like disappointed. I thinks because I stupidly thought the banana leaves was the actual shell of the burritos not that the tortillas is also inside the leaves. However, my disappointment quickly vanished as I took on bite. These burritos were fire!!!!!

We ordered the pineapple (piña) smoothies, the chuleta & piña burrito, and the pastor burritos, and everything was outstanding! The flavor combinations were incredible. On top of everything tasting amazing, all of their food is made fresh and cooked only in fresh oils (no seed oils!), which is a massive plus. They also have great vegan and vegetarian options. Highly recommend!
