The situation took considerable time to resolve. When I finally received the correct prescription and was leaving, I felt that staff were laughing about the situation rather than taking my concerns seriously. This was frustrating and left me with little confidence in the office's organization and customer service." That kind of review is clear, professional, and difficult to dismiss because it focuses on your actual experience.
