I was going on two years of bad glasses and needed a change quickly. Picked up my new glasses a couple of weeks later and they were completely unusable. Cut wrong in every aspect. Blurry close up, distance, no peripheral, transitions were off (progressive lenses). Due to travel it was a few weeks before I could get back in to pick up new ones. They were bad as well but better. Took them home to trial and had issues driving, working, reading my computer screen. Could not read with them at all. Took them on a long road trip and tried to make them work. Nope. Absolutely not happening. I finally made it to another eye doctor. Without telling them the ongoing saga with York Eye, he tested them and said they were cut completely wrong in many different aspects. Nothing was right. Ready for this??? He tested my old glasses that were made in 2020. The ones I was stuck wearing because York Eye could not do it right. Guess what??? The script for my new ones with him were about the same as the original 2020 glasses. No where close to the crap coming from York Eye. Picked up my new glasses the other day and they are awesome. Spot on the first time. Needless to say, never going back to York Eye. What a total waste of over a year and well over $600.
