There are not nearly enough parking spots for the amount of people in the store! They had 1 dress in my size. We had been there a few weeks ago and there was an extensive selection at that time. Today, they did not have much stock, at all. It was kind of bizarre. We were not greeted, but they were talking with someone. There was a coworker that was nice and tired to help us.

Stopped at Kohl's and I got to see my daughters frown turn into a smile. I went from feeling defeated to grateful as she admired the organization and options for larger kids. The fitting rooms were open(!!) and clean. The store was pretty busy, yet staff was available, aisles were clean, shelves and racks were organized. The checkout did have about a dozen people (I wish they still had 6ft distance signs) but it was still quick to get to the cashier and be on our way. I have 2 more kids to shop for over the next 2 weekends and they can easily fit into what old navy and Burlington had, but we will be going to Kohl's instead. Thank you!

There were 4 staff members in the checkout area, but only 1 was checking out customers. It is difficult for me to stand for long periods, and the temperature in the store was too hot. Oh, yeah--I heard one of the staff members bragging she was the customer service manager. Really? I will shop elsewhere from now on!

There were 2 employees feverishly moving items on to a sale rack. It was 1:30 and there were no other customers in the store. I walked in and neither acknowledged I had even entered the store. I spent maybe 5-10 minutes looking for the items and went to where the 2 employees were moving items from one rack to the other. It was only when I was 4 feet from one of the employees that they acknowledged my presence. I asked for help regarding finding similar items to those online and she said no they don't carry size tall. When I told her tall wasn't necessary she pointed to a pair on the sale rack said others were on a table in the front. That was it. No, how can I help? No, let me see if there is something else that could work. No showing me the table she referred to. I just left and won't be back. Since I still need pants, I'll find somewhere else to spend my money.

However, with an upcoming trip home to see family/friends I hadn't seen for a while I decided to give it a try. I was fully prepared to walk out of there, and half expected that I would need to, since my 2 year old tends to get wiggly in stores. Which of course she did. No surprise. She got extremely wiggly which made it incredibly stressful for me. Luckily, Amanda C. stepped in and was beyond helpful. She helped me find items quickly and even used my phone to check if items were better to buy in store or for pick up in store. Without her I would have left with nothing. Which, as my fellow moms of toddlers know, is usually the case....it's always all about the baby. But not this time!!! I ended up buying several items which gave me so much confidence going home to family and friends. So I guess this post is more about Amanda C. because I've always loved loft clothes.
