I've been a customer here for a long time. The nail tech I normally use was off this time. I was sat at Ann's table. She rushed, barely used powder, and did a piss poor job. I may have been treated this way because I am not one of her regulars. She asked had I been there before. I told her who does my nails normally. I expressed my concerns and showed the piss poor work to the front desk. The young lady never apologized and kept making excuses for Ann's work. I paid $50 for something I could have done myself.This is my first experience like this here.. However, it has had the most negative affect. I would not refer Ann to anyone ever! I called ahead and asked if anyone does 3D-art and the receptionist made me an appointment with Tiffany. I'm always super nervous trying out new nail techs because I need my nails to be PERFECT. Tiffany did just that! She's literally the only nail tech I've ever had who has done coffin right without me having to correct them. I didn't have to correct her on anything really, she made my nails look even better than the picture I showed her. She's seriously the best, I've finally found my nail tech! Deserves zero stars! Unless you are a regular customer and know your nail person, do not come here! I decided to try out this place for the great reviews and boy did I make a mistake! I sat down with a young lady to start working on my pedicure.... halfway through my pedi service, they switched the young lady to someone who requested her that walked in. A younger man then came to finish working on my toes. He some how didn't know that polish needs more than one coat and a top coat before it's done?? After reminding him, and urging him to get some lingering polish off of my skin, I was seated with an older man to perform my shellac mani. First, he shaped my nails to round after requesting square. Second, after he reshaped my nails... they were no longer existing to the length I had grown them out. Finally, again polish was left on my skin. I just have this huge hunch that I will be back in there tomorrow for them to redo everything. After all they will probably chip off in a hour. Not to mention tomorrow is a big day for me and having a nice mani/pedi would have just made it better :'( read more

Came here on a Friday morning around 9:30 and thought they would be empty... but I was wrong. This place was 80% packed and people were still coming in. I was immediately greeted and was taken straight to my seat. The guy who helped me, Kevin (?), was very nice and patient. He did a great job on my nails and the was very pleasant. The scenery is also very nice. Some what fancy. You feel like you're in a place of relaxation. When I left, I noticed that my nail polish had smudged a few hours later. I went back and they took me in immediately- no questions asked. Now this is what you call excellent customer service! One thing I noticed is that they did give their customers water bottles, champagne, etc. I however was not offered any of that- but it's ok; maybe next time! These people are trying to run a scam!!!! I came for a dip powder refill. I get my nails done. The guy who did them was super nice and friendly the whole time. I get to the front and my nails are $50. For a REFILL. No sir. They tell me it's $5 extra for coffin and $5 extra because I have long nails. I asked to see where this was written explicitly in writing because nobody told me this or I never would have come. Of course it isn't in writing because they are liars. The guy who did my nails even tried to pull the "as we discussed" BS. But I'm not the one. They tell me I won't get my nails done anywhere for $40 coffin and as long as they are. I've come here at least 4 times now, maybe even up to 6. I've brought my family here too, many family members at that. I was very happy with my first visit. The last time I came in (5/21) I waited 3 hours and just chatted with my mom while she got her pedi and mani. Finally they got around to me and after they apologized for the wait, I told them I understood because I hadn't made an appointment and it was a Friday evening so it was expected that they'd be busy. The man who did my nails rushed and by day 4, they were lifting. Multiple jails were near popping off. I called and the manager said to come in and they'd fix them. I come in and they're rude about the situation + charge me for the refill. Very disappointed that such a clean & friendly establishment has turned to a disappointment after having to fix their mistakes. Went in for a quick mani and was not pleased with the service I received. I felt it was rushed and polish was not applied properly. A little overpriced for a regular non-gel manicure from other salons I've been to. When I asked the nail tech to fix the polish on some of my nails, he just applied more polish in the wrong spots. read more

If I could give them zero stars I would. The girl that gave me my pedicure was so rough with her tools. She had a tool on the inside of the side of my toe trying to get an ingrown and was hurting me. Then she had the damn cheese grater took that I think she was taking off 3 layers off my foot. I couldn't even walk it hurt so bad. I ended up getting an infection from where she was killing me on the sides of my big toes. I had to go to the doctor to get ointment antibiotics. This place is not worth it. I went for the first time this Saturday, and it was packed! I heard a lot about this salon and would ask girls around town when they had lovely nails, they would always rave about this place. Got full set acrylics, the ladies here will try to talk you up in price, I upgraded to all their suggestions, well 1 pinky nail broke exactly at the glue placement within 24 hours, went back to ask them to fix it, they were horrible, they left a divot in my nail again, so I'm sure it'll break again, 4 hours after visiting for the repair my middle finger nail broke also at the glueing section, they use ridiculously low quality cheap nails! Both times I was only Fixing my straight hair! My nail tech did not clean my nails, moisturize, push, nor trim my cuticles, no hand massage either. Worst nail place I've been to. I have been coming here for 8 years. I always had a great experience but recently management and staff have been definitely loosing qualities. I always try to give then the benefit of the doubt since they are pretty busy nail salon but once you forget about taking care of guests when they have appointments set is just disappointing to me. I was looking forward to getting a pedicure after a long day of work and set an appt. Had me waiting, getting my feet soaked for 45 minutes until I see the lady I called for, for my appointment taking care of another lady. I dried my feet and walked out, i'm not sure if she was not reminded that I have been waiting but then what is the reason for me to set an appointment. I am so impressed! I have tried 6 or 7 salons from humble to the woodlands and all in between since moving to this area trying to find my nail salon home & I think I've finally found it! Super great reviews on Yelp led me here! 1st of all.. My pedicure alone probably lasted 45 minutes at the least. Not 100% sure on that because I don't know exactly when I got there but I was so impressed with the amount of time she spent with me! I did the deluxe pedicure because it was my first time coming & everywhere else I've been charged $35 for a regular pedicure and they spend 10-15 minutes on you! Not this place! Haly did my pedicure and she did an amazing job! I could tell from the moment I walked in that they cared about my experience. As soon as I sat down she offered me something to drink. I noticed that she used sterile tools to work on my nails which is super important to me so seeing her open the package right there in front of me was great! I also love the heated neck wrap that comes with the pedicure. I've never seen that at any other salon I've ever been to! I was super pleased with the pedicure & the prices! I have a really bad habit of biting my nails so I am always super concerned when I get my nails done that I will be judged by my tech. I keep my nails done but have a really bad habit. Anyways, Tiger did my nails and he didn't make me feel uncomfortable at all. He went the extra mile to make sure my nail color was the exact color I wanted. He talked to me the whole time and we had great conversation. I could tell that he was being very detail oriented while doing my nails... Doing things like comparing my left and right fingers. He took his time to make sure that they looked gorgeous. I don't ever think I've had a prettier set of nails! I got a full set pink and gold ombré & a deluxe pedicure for $85 and then my tip. They like cash tips but will let you do it with a card. Overall, super impressed. So impressed I forgot to asked to get my eyebrows done! Lol. Next time! I really just love how they're not in a hurry to get you out of there. They take their time on you and really want you to have an experience and not just a product. I absolutely hate when salons do my nails when they do my toes. I feel like I can't enjoy my pedicure while someone is yanking on my hands over my lap. Let me start off by saying that I felt SO unwelcomed here. The only person who was kind was the guy at check in. The man who did my nails was complaining the WHOLE time he was doing my nails because they were "too long". My nails were in fact long but they were not ridiculously long. In any case, when I enter a nail salon I expect to get what I ask (within reason of course). I definitely got it, but the fact that I had to sit there watching him whine after each nail and continue telling me they are too big... that's annoying. If you don't want to do long nails maybe post a sign saying you don't. Or at least don't make your customer feel like they are such a burden! Also by the second day 4 of the nails were cracked. Not broken, but you could see cracks in the nail. Very disappointed. Do not recommend. read more

I spent $50 on a pedicure that was literally just ok. I haven't had a pedicure in a while and I knew my nails needed a good cleaning-up. I kept asking her to please focus on cleaning up my cuticles and the edges of the nails because they were starting to become ingrowns, but she just skimmed over the cleaning and moved on. I had to ask her three times but every time she would look at it and say "it's fine" and kept trying to move on. She skipped a lot of steps, I didn't even get pumice on the bottom of my feet to shed the dead skin. She exfoliated my legs for 20 seconds each. I felt like she was just trying to get done ASAP and I didn't appreciate that. I didn't even get the cheapest pedicure package for her to be hurrying up. I don't know. I visited on a Sunday and they were super busy, However I did not have to wait. I did a pedi and pink and white dip on my nails. Also I got my old dip set removed. I did the organic pedi and they don't do stone and wax it's one or the other. Which I didn't like because the pedicure is $45 and I feel like they should do both. I have been to Sky several times for pedicures, and they do a great job with those. But I got my nails done by them for the first time, and I will definitely not go back for nail services. I had one of my thumb nails damaged by an injury, and I asked for a nail tip to be added to that one to make the length match. When it came time to add it on, she confirmed, "just this one?" I said yes, but then I got caught up watching TV and when I looked up she had done three of my nails with powder tips added on. And, of course, they charged me for it. I let that go since I wasn't paying attention. However, I got my nails done on a Friday, and by Sunday four of my nails were chipped at the edges, and another two were cracked. I am not hard on my nails, and I do not work manual labor with my hands. So, overall, if you go-- the pedicure will be fine, but don't get your nails done. read more

They have several great techs here but the customer service I received was horrible. When brought to management attention, they stopped making make me feel welcome . I had a hang mail on one of my hands and explained to Hannah that it was sore. She snatched my hand and told me"that's not my problem and proceeded to be rough with me. I decided to go to another tech by the name of Helen. Helen is friendly, and makes sure your happy before you leave her chair. Every time I walk through the door the receptionist and Hannah give each other a look of disgust. . Great ambiance but Hannah is the rudest, sassiest an most insensitive tech that I've seen in my life. I honestly think she dislikes people of color because several complain. I'm not a runner. Stopped by here as a walk in after looking through reviews on yelp. Definitely would come back! I was seated quickly. My tech was Ivy and she did exactly what I asked for. I especially loved how soo soooo patient she was with me in finding the right shade of pink that I wanted for a wedding that I'm a bridesmaid in (to match the bride's color palette). We went through about 5 different shades before finding the right one. It was absolutely perfect! When I walked out I did notice one of my nails was a little crooked so I went back in, asked her to fix it, and she did no questions asked. I appreciate it when no attitude is given. Highly recommended! I was most pleased with how clean this place is, tools were sanitized and wrapped, everything I saw were handled professionally. I had the basic manicure $15 and pedi $25. I received very detailed cleaning and a good and long hand and foot massage. It was so hard trying to stay awake... $40 (plus tip) really well spent here. Did I mention the customer service was great? Beverages were offered, the ladies didn't chat to each other in the language I didn't understand, and Steve, either the manager or the owner came around to make sure things were taken off nicely.
