Sky High Smoke Shop - Carne asada fries with green sauce only my boy. This fire every time Brodie. - Head Shops Near Me - Chandler, Arizona

I've now experienced this for three days in a row. Each time, I came to the store during my 30-minute break only to find the door locked and a small sign taped to the door saying, "Be back soon." Yesterday, I actually waited the entire 30 minutes, and no one returned during that time. I completely understand that employees need breaks and that emergencies can happen. However, if the store regularly closes during certain hours for lunch or staffing reasons, that information should be clearly communicated on the website so customers can plan accordingly. I go out of my way to visit this particular store, which makes repeatedly arriving to find it unexpectedly closed especially frustrating. After three consecutive days of this, I unfortunately won't be making the effort to come back. A little communication and consistency would go a long way toward respecting customers' time. read more

Sky High Smoke Shop - Look at how good they also wrapped up my new bong!! - Head Shops Near Me - Chandler, Arizona

Sky High has always been my #1 smoke shop to go to in the valley. Unfortunately, today when I went in to purchase a few items the young woman who was working was very distant and rude. She made me feel like I was wasting her precious time by asking a few simple questions. I was being very nice and upbeat asking how her day and holidays were but she just seemed annoyed. I normally never leave reviews let alone including a worker. But since I was the only customer in the establishment I thought I would have at least gotten a hello when I walked in the entrance.. Other than the rude and snotty customer service I am always pleased with the large inventory they carry to select from. Its nice to have options and they have them! read more

Very great service! Sam was very helpful and had amazing customer service! Ps- They have everything you need!

DO NOT GO TO HERE EVER!!!!!! THIS SHOP REPACKAGES TO SELL USED PRODUCTS !!! AND DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! NO STARS I came to this location to purchase Quick Fix and when I opened the box it the bottle was unsealed!!! As seen on the product's website, the 3rd step is to open cap and TAKE OFF THE SEAL on the bottle before use. Without seal THE PRODUCT IS USELESS and will not work affectively!!! I called the store to express my concern, because that is the whole reason anyone would buy this product!!! To believe it will work as it is intended!! The Man on the phone, who i also met when I purchased. (Middle eastern with dark short hair, thick accent) REFUSED to believe that the product i purchased was not sealed and said over and over he has been "selling for 30 years" and no problems. I continued to let him know that i could definitely prove it had no seal AND came with no directions Because I had to purchase the same product from high maintenance smoke shop that was in perfect condition just as the products website intended!!!!! He than started to ARGUE with me that "ALL OF THEM CAME WITH NO SEAL" and that he would purchase a box with his own $ to PROVE ME WRONG! Astonished with the disgraceful argument, i hung up the phone. He than CALLED ME BACK to continue to argue that the OWNER of the shop opened ANOTHER BOX WITHOUT SEAL and that i was wrong When in reality, the website literally has directions to open the seal and to read with yellow instructions! I again, told the Man that he was obviously, not trying to alleviate my situation or feelings about the purchase, and that i will never return again. He said "ok great, goodbye" . Obviously the product did not work, and I completely wasted $17 and my time. Absolutely disgusting!!!! Never go to Skyhigh smoke shop to EVER buy quick fix or NEVER BUY ANYTHING from the store/ Brand itself!! NOT TRUSTED NOT HONEST DISGRACEFUL EMPLOYEES read more
