Masseuse: Gibb…read more Booking: Online booking the night before and it was very simple and convenient! 5/5 Interior: Cozy, complimentary tea, water, and candies. The rooms are equipped with relaxing music, adjustable lighting, and a warm massage table. There are also cubies for you to place your items and hooks for your clothes. There is also a robe in case you need to step out during the massage. Bathroom is very clean and the space was enjoyable. 5/5 Service: I got the 60 min Swedish massage and I should have booked for at least 90 minutes! They have you fill out a form on areas that you would like to work on and she did just that. She was phenomenal at locating the exact problem areas I had circled and this was by far the best massage I have ever had. I felt so amazing that I ended up purchasing a gift-card so I could go for the rest of the year! 5/5 FYI $500+ get 10% off, $300+ get 50% off which is a really good deal! 5.5/5 would recommend!

Unfortunately, the customer service I received over the phone was disappointing. I called because I was interested in becoming a new client and wanted to schedule an appointment. I greeted the receptionist when she answered, but there was no greeting in return. I explained that I was calling to schedule a new-client appointment, and her immediate response was, "OK, what date are you looking at?" I then asked what the schedule looked like, but rather than answering my question, she continued asking what specific days I was looking for. She also interrupted me while I was speaking. The issue was not necessarily the question she asked, but the tone and manner in which they were communicated. It came across as very abrupt, dismissive, and as though assisting me was an inconvenience. At one point, she said, "We are open 7 days a week, so what days are you looking at?" Again, it was the tone and delivery that made the interaction feel unprofessional. At that point, I decided not to move forward with scheduling an appointment and chose to look elsewhere. I understand that everyone can have a busy day, but when someone is calling as a potential new client, a basic level of courtesy and professionalism can make a big difference. Given the positive reviews I had seen, I was expecting a much better first impression.

I can literally go on on about how good this place is to receive any type of care especially…read moremassage! I've been here about 3 times & all are amazing! Queen offers the best service ever & takes her time in making sure she addresses your needs! I went in today with a migraine that began since 7/17 & she definitely made me feel so much better with some relief! I love that she gives you tea after which is the best! I 100% recommend her spa to anyone!

I'm almost hesitant to post this because I don't want her schedule to get completely booked up but…read moreQueen seriously has magic hands! She does an incredible job releasing tension. The deep tissue is definitely not your "relax and fall asleep" kind of massage -- it's more of a true deep tissue massage where she really gets in there and works out the knots. I walked in carrying a ton of tension and walked out feeling like my shoulders had finally unclenched for the first time in forever! What's crazy is she's tiny, but so strong and relentless when it comes to getting those knots out. Don't let the size fool you -- she will find every tight muscle you didn't even know you had... and probably a few you were hoping she wouldn't find. The place itself is clean and has a nice atmosphere. It's not a luxury spa-type place, but it's comfortable and welcoming. If you carry a lot of stress or muscle tension and want someone who actually works things out, Queen is amazing and I highly recommend her.

I went on a Saturday around 3:30pm with no appointment. As soon as I came in, the windchimes on the…read moredoor alerted the front desk, and he came out immediately. I pointed to the service I wanted, and he brought me back right away. I got the 60-minute full-body massage, which was only $65! I paid at the front before my massage. I was put into a private room and was told to change out of my clothes. I went onto the bed under a sheet, and they started the massage right away. I was a little hesitant, but the man was very nice and polite, asking if the pressure was okay and if I was doing okay throughout the massage. He really put pressure on getting my knots out. It really hurt in a good way. He went over tight areas multiple times and somehow always knew when to stop when it was getting a bit too painful. (You can always ask him to go softer, but my neck really hurt and I could feel the knots as he was working on it, so I just took it like a champ). If you're looking to be pampered like you're in a Beverly Hills-style spa, this is not it. But if you're feeling tired from a rough time at work, like I was, and need to get rid of some body tension and relax at a lower price, this is perfect. I did note that the bed had a little bit of an older smell (reminded me of my grandpa), but I did not mind. At the end of my massage, I came out to the front, and he gave me his business card with his name on it. Andy was very skilled and professional. Def recommend!

Zero wait. Paid $45 up front, was lead to a private room, instructed to remove my clothes, and left to prepare before the therapist arrived. I didn't expect that (thought I'd be in the group room), but proceeded to undress, crossing fingers I would be assigned a female massage therapist, as I wasn't quite asked about gender preference. Lying face down, another gentleman entered the room, and began tending to my knots. I kinda panicked in my mind at first but gave it some time. Luckily, he was very skilled, seemingly dedicating every ounce of energy he had in breaking through all these bricks in my back. I was amazed he could make half an hour feel complete in the way that is experienced in a full hour massage. He checked in periodically, asking if the pressure was ok. I said yes -- though it actually hurt like hell -- because I really needed a deep, deep tissue massage. Whew, progress was made. He later met me at the front door, asking if I was okay. I thanked him, tipped $15 cash, and learned his name: ANDY. The name of my late grandfather who I've been seeing in my dreams recently... wild, right?! Anyway, many foot spas are hit and miss. This one's pretty legit so far! As a note, while the music and lighting was pleasant, a soft, sweet aroma would be nice (the bed had a bit of an older smell, that's all).

I've been needing a deep tissue massage and after doing some research for the San Jose area, I came across Dai Nam Massage. After so many amazing reviews recommending William specifically for deep tissue, I was convinced to book an appointment. I scheduled a 90 minute session because the lord knows a 60 minute massage will not cut it when I need real body work. William is very knowledgeable and detail oriented with body work. I explained I had some injuries especially around the knee and hamstring area and he was very careful around it, but still provided the relief I needed. He also recommended I do some homework at home to provide tension release and blood flow as well, which is greatly appreciated. I made sure to explain that I am very tense due to weightlifting and that I need a firm deep tissue and he delivered. He got into areas that I didn't know needed tension release and is hands down the best deep tissue masseuse in the Bay Area. The other person that is comparable is a long drive away in South Lake Tahoe. William is great at what he does and is a healer. I highly recommend this place and ask for William if you're looking for a deep tissue!
