The spa is small, hidden on the top floor of a shopping center behind a Trader Joe's. The owner was kind and welcoming. I got the 90 minute Combination Thai massage with oils and I highly recommend!! There wasn't a muscle on my body that wasn't worked on. Then the stretching! And the massage while in different positions got to areas I've never had a massage therapist work on before. Diana's touch was warm, practiced, and skilled, without being robotic. We had a few laughs together and she seemed to genuinely enjoy the session with me. Afterwards, there was warm tea waiting for me to sip. All in all, a truly therapeutic experience and one I would highly recommend!

Loveeeee the entire massage, she was sweet and adjusted pressure accordingly and upon ask. I've had every tight area pushed out and my calf muscles (super tight bc I'm a runner), rolled out. My hips feel loose and my shoulders no longer pinch. Overall a 10/10 experience ! I'd definitely come back for sure

My husband and I came to Yvette Spa By Jackie to celebrate our first wedding anniversary to treat ourselves. We came for the Couple's Massage (regular massage). I had made an appointment but we arrived 15 ish minutes early and were still seen immediately. As a fan of Thai Massage, this regular massage was a lot more enjoyable from a pain perspective. Actually relaxing rather than energizing but still effective after you walk out the door. Everyone was very nice, and we received services for the full hour. Given the cash price, this was a very good experience for the value, and I would definitely consider coming back the next time I'm looking for a more relaxing massage rather than an energizing one.

I did recently have an experience I didn't like at another massage place and I suppose they are hardworking ppl not machines thank goodness and so instead knocking the other place I truly have to say all my massages here were more worth the healed experience, yes I highly recommend the 90 minutes, they truly get to do all the tricks they know when you specifically tell them you're pain points. I think I'm a veteran and yet I tell myself during every session, trust the process and, well, I do always consider myself one of the lucky ones... to even get an appt that moment that I wish I could do standing appts... One time I treated my dear friend here and we had amazing massaged but i actually didn't like how the male receptionist was so no chalant & our cash tips were gone the instant I put it down. He told me he put it in an envelope with their names and I get it I used to be a day spa FD. But We had mini envelopes with their names customers could handwrite who it's from since it's cash, which is more meaningful than someone taking part of two odd numbered 30 cash tips Hmm.. in my gut it just felt weird, I didn't like it and haven't gone back since - but maybe this too is a TRUST the process exerciseI will return, I also love the decor & the young female front desk person is so welcoming and helpful when I call for last minute appts!! 90min Thai combo massages are beyond treats for me, they are very spiritually healing!

There's a cozy library area with unlimited snacks, water, and beverages, which made it easy to relax before and after the service. The women's changing room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you might need, like hair dryers, vanity stations, hair ties, lotion, Q tips, towels, slippers, and more. Everything felt well maintained and smelled nice. If you need to head out for any dates or event after receiving the service, you can do so easily here. I booked a deep tissue massage, and my masseuse Mila was fantastic, very kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. She asked where I wanted to focus and spent most of the time working on my back and shoulders, which I appreciated. The steam shower afterward was a perfect, relaxing bonus. There was a small mix up where my friend's fragrance allergy note got assigned to my therapist instead, and since many of the products used have fragrance, it made it harder for her to fully enjoy the experience. It would be great if they improved how they handle those sensitivities. Overall, I had a great time, relaxing, high end, and a perfect place to unwind, especially if you're going solo.

A few weeks after booking, the spa called asking if I could switch to a Friday. I clearly explained that weekdays don't work with my work schedule and explicitly requested to keep my original Saturday time slot. Fast forward to the Friday before my scheduled massage: at 4:00 PM, I received a call claiming I had missed a 3:00 PM appointment that day and would be charged a cancellation fee. When I explained that my appointment was for Saturday and that this was an error on their end, they completely refused to take responsibility. Despite providing zero written or email confirmation when the booking was made, they blamed me for their administrative mistake and charged my card anyway. Blaming the customer for a clear scheduling error on their own team is pathetic customer service. The management here is terrible, and I would never recommend this spa to anyone.

Since it was our first time here, we weren't sure which massage therapists would be the best fit for us. Oh well! I did speak with the front desk afterward, and she recommended trying Jessica or Lucy next time. The place is very roomy, which is nice. I really appreciated that she asked me that and how much pressure I would like for the massage. I have to say, this was one of the best massages I have ever had. She did a combo of deep tissue and Swedish massage all over my body and also focused more on my low back. The hot stones felt really good and the heat level was just right. It was so relaxing and therapeutic. I really liked my experience with Laura. She helped my back feel better which is a miracle. I will definitely be coming back here again for more services.
