It was my first head spa experience and I had such a great time! // Royal head spa 90 min I found Aroma Spa initially on Groupon and was booked with Yen, who I highly recommend. Her techniques were so gentle yet thorough and relaxing. The Royal head spa is the most comprehensive head spa service. It includes everything within the Signature but also has gua sha facial sculpting and a traditional Vietnamese herbal head wash. The service comes with a basic facial and hand massage. I was very surprised by how relaxing everything felt! After the blow dry, my hair felt so silky and soft. Yen also offered me a cup of hot tea while I did the detox foot soak too. Very quick and they also have text message reminders. I scheduled a 75 minute signature head spa and the individual on the phone said it would be with Yen (which I believe is the owner). When I first came in she greeted me warmly and started off with a scalp analysis to see how my scalp was. From there we got started, they provide a top to wear to make sure your clothes don't get wet but also so they can massage your arms and shoulders. The visit came with a massage (face, hand, arms, shoulders, scalp), facial, hair wash and foot soak. Throughout the appointment, Yen would check in with me to make sure everything was good such as the water temperature not being too hot or too cold. Having been to other head spa's before, this was by far my favorite head spa I have been to and will for sure be back.

It was a 60min/$110 + tip and was beyond worth it. I couldn't stop laughing since I had chose firm for the massage level and Lena immediately asked me "if she was hurting me or if it was to hard" I said yes but was so nervous to say anything I'm glad she was able to notice!! The room is very nice and clean with relaxing music playing in the background as well as nature sounds of water. The lights are dim to your level of comfort. You can remove as much or as little clothing as you like. I laid down on the comfortable table and waited for my masseuse. You can choose a male or female masseuse when you make your appointment. Laura came in and described what she was going to do. She asked if I had any areas on my body that were bothering me. I let her know my low back is an ongoing issue. I really appreciated that she asked me that and how much pressure I would like for the massage. I have to say, this was one of the best massages I have ever had. She did a combo of deep tissue and Swedish massage all over my body and also focused more on my low back. The hot stones felt really good and the heat level was just right. Parking is fine with three spots in front of the business and more areas to park on the sides. It did not seem like a busy area and parking does not seem to be an issue here. Amanda asked me if there were any areas she should focus on and also let me know I could let her know if I needed her to adjust the pressure. I've been getting massages in the San Jose area for years and Amanda is the first masseuse to ever ask me those questions. They also did a layer of heated towels between the sheet and the blanket that was magical and again, not something we've had done in other massage locations. The room was calming with low, warm lighting while we undressed. It was mostly shut off during our massage. The music was also playing low. Very easy to let yourself relax here. There must have been some kind of promotion cuz prices online were slightly lower than the price menu on site, but they did charge a $3 fee for credit card payment. I reserved an hour-long body massage, and requested Holly when booking on the website. It was confirmed, but when I came in, they told me only Bebe was available... So why are you asking me what I want if there is only one choice?!? I came here with the understanding that I could select my masseuse, in fact it's required that you select a massage therapist when booking online... very misleading. The massage room was simple and inviting, with perfect temperature for comfort, and soothing music in the background. Bebe came in about 10 minutes late, but she was very sweet and actually did a good job, found and worked on my knots right away, even used her knees and feet to effectively massage my back (there are bars on the ceiling for the masseuse to do some back walking). I asked for harder pressure, and she delivered, most effective on my back, neck, and shoulders, not so much on my limbs. The sauna and steam room were also available which I opted not to use. And there's a comfy waiting area off the lobby too.
