Such a hidden gem with a truly peaceful atmosphere. My…read moresession was exactly what I needed and the staff ensured that I felt comfortable throughout. It's a great place to pamper yourself, get away from the hustle and bustle, and unwind.

I visited Garden Spa today for a 60- minute Swedish Firm massage. The spa appeared clean and well…read moremaintained. The scent in the space was pleasant, though a bit strong and slightly overwhelming at times. Massage room had a nice and simple vibe. At the start of the session, I felt the therapist spent a fair amount of time adjusting "warming up" positioning, tucking sheets, and moving items around, which made it take a while for the massage to really get going. Once it did, the techniques themselves were good, but the overall experience leaned more toward relaxation than firm pressure. As this was my first visit, I chose the Swedish firm massage. I understand Swedish massage is typically lighter, but I expected more pressure given the "firm" description -thinking I'd have the best of both in one massage. While the massage was enjoyable, it felt lighter than my preference and left me wanting more. It wasn't bad by any means, just not my style, as I prefer a deeper, more consistent pressure. Overall, I would consider the massage average, but I am open to trying other massage styles they offer and likely for longer too. I did decide to sign up for the membership, which seems like a decent value and didn't cost anything to join. I figured I would go back again every so often. I'm hopeful a different service will better match my preferences.

I had such a great experience here. I booked with Thea and she did an amazing job. My hair felt…read moreincredibly clean and soft. The deep scalp therapy was so relaxing that I ended up falling asleep. My head felt great while she was scraping my scalp. One of the coolest parts was the scalp camera as I was shown the close-up of my scalp and I found it very interesting to see oil buildup even though I was initially told my scalp is pretty clean. It made the treatment feel even more worth it. Overall, the experience was super calming and thoughtful. You can really tell they care about their clients and take their time with the service. I left feeling refreshed and my hair has never looked this healthy.

What I really want to review was what happened at the end of my last service. While laying in a blissful state of relaxation I was suddenly jolted awake by a forceful BONK on the top of my head. Was it her fist or a specialized bonking contraption? We may never know! It was startling and honestly didn't feel great. I thought maybe she just hated me but then I asked someone else if they were bonked and they said yes. They should let you know that your service has ended with a gentle tap on the shoulder and whisper not a forceful bonking. #NOBONKINGZONE

My partner and I love this place and been going here for years. Every time, the ladies were kind…read moreand nice. We tend to tip ~20% after each service (occasionally higher when we get our favorite massage therapists) We went last night and the lady with the Zelle name "Li Zhao" was quite rude. Instead of asking if we want to tip, she asked if I had Zelle. I knew what she meant and said yes. I did a rough math estimate for 20% for both therapists and sent the money. She asked if it was supposed to split for two therapists. I said yes she then said something to her coworkers and acted like it was not enough until a coworker said something back. She then turned around looking upset but still said thank you. We left confused and felt like she was judging us for tipping 20%? In my opinion, tipping should always be OPTIONAL but I will always tip for services knowing it is optional. Also here's the math: the total was $254 and I tipped $50 which is ~20%. I did the math in my head so I knew I maybe short with some change. When I do the calculation on a calculator it should've been $50.80. I was short $0.80 but I didn't think that much would be bothersome??? Giving 4/5 for all the good experiences. However for the lady, 1/5 for greed.

I called before going in and asked if they have a prenatal massage and she said they do have the…read moreservice. I went in, told them I was there for a prenatal massage and I wanted them to knead on my knots, I didn't want to be rubbed with oil. She seemed to understand English. I went in then room and she asked me to lay on my belly. I pointed at my belly and said Im pregnant. I should've left then but I gave her a second chance. Of course she put a lot of oil and started rubbing me. I asked for more pressure 5 times and she would go back to her normal pressure. She would just repeat one pattern over and over again on my legs and hands and back. In the middle of the massage, she asked me to lay on my back and I had to remind her I was 8 months pregnant and couldn't lay on my back. She said but I want to massage your head. Im like but Im pregnant, I can't lay on my back!! I was not happy so I tipped her low. She said this was a $95 massage and I said you don't know how to massage a pregnant woman. She just looked at me like she was not convinced. Then she followed me all the way to my car to get more tip. If you care about your tip money, please deliver good service. If you don't provide prenatal massage be honest and let your customer know! Don't expect to be tipped if you don't know the basics of massage.
