I tried visiting another dealer, but they were in the process of moving, so I found my way here as Junge was the only other dealer within a decent distance of Iowa City that did Saturday service. They did say they were busy, but I anticipated the possibility of waiting all day. However, they managed to shoe me in and complete the service so fast, I had to stay in their lobby another hour to finish the catch-up work I started! Since my car was a CPO bought at 26K miles and lots of things were already pretty new, the advisor said that a 30K mile service nowadays is pretty much an oil change and a bunch of inspections (that their dealer does for free anyway), and given that there were many newer components under the hood (I checked), this was perfect! In the end, all that was done is an oil change, as well as some preventative maintenance on the PTU for a little shy of $140... I was expecting to pay through the nose, but this is dirt cheap compared to $300-500 upon reaching what is typically a major milestone; not even my friend's Hyundai's 30K service was this cheap! Also, since I left my dash cam on by accident, they also give you a complimentary hand wash and towel dry, while most competitors will just send it through a machine wash. All in all, Junge does business with integrity; when most dealerships have a bad rap for bleeding you dry, I almost had to shove my card into their pockets since they didn't want to overcharge me!

This lack of transparency makes me question the condition of the vehicles being sold here. I'm now wary of doing business with this dealership.

That was the red flag that I unfortunately ignored due to the fact I had driven 3 hours with a baby to come look at this vehicle. On the way home, it did this shutter a few different times that only got worse the more I drove it. After a month, I finally took it to multiple places to have it looked at and found that it needed a new transmission, timing chain, torque converter, among multiple other costly repairs that totaled more than what I even paid for it. I went to write a bad review on their facebook page only to find that it was no longer a page. Then I went to their website to see that it said "This dealership has no inventory", and then went to the places on their page where reviews can be seen and written and it said "This dealership is no longer available". Then I tried calling their phone number and it is no longer in service. These dirty crooks sold a bunch of crap to innocent people and either got busted or went off the grid before they were caught. I really hope it's the first of the two! How absolutely DISQUISTING! **Beware of Colton Henley and Jasmin Ripoll - Henley** They are CROOKS!

On the website you can enter a price as an offer. I entered the price of $19,000. This was a little low but I was hoping we could negotiate. A coworker recommended this place to me. I visited the dealership and was late due to the construction (they didn't tell me!). I was given a salesperson who did not know anything about a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited! What's the horsepower? "Um, don't know, I'll have to ask" Is there hill descent control? Is there hill start assist? What is the engine? What are the tires? "Um, I'll have to get back with you about that". The guy was nice and there was no pressure. But really, he couldn't answer any of my questions. I told him about my price offer and that I had done research and thought it was pretty reasonable since the car is not new but used and there are better offers in in the area. He asked me if there were any other cars I was interested in. I said a Subaru Forester. He said he would go look and see if they had any on their other lots. He disappeared for some time and then returned with the manager. The manager told me there was no way I could get a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited anywhere around here for $19k. He said he looked at all of McGrath's lots and there was just no way. He showed me some computer paper which had a price of $25k which he said was the price they bought the car. Are you kidding me! What a bunch of malarkey! He said he would go down $500 but no more. Well, I thanked him for his time and walked out the store. I never did get the info on the Subaru or any of my Wrangler questions answered. It's probably for the best since I doubt the salesperson I was with knew anything about a Subaru either. They should have just told me they couldn't meet my price instead of wasting my time. The whole time I was waiting for the salesperson to find out about the Subaru, they were in the researching if there were any Jeep Unlimiteds for $19k? Really?! Why didn't they just come out and tell me straight up they couldn't meet my price but they could help me find another car? Instead they made me look like I was a liar! I guess it's okay for the salesperson to lie but if a customer is lying, then the management will spend 30 minutes doing research to find out if the customer is lying. Iowa is not a good place to buy a Jeep since they are overpriced here due to their popularity. Chicago is the best place to go to find a fair price. It's not as popular since most urbanites want a fuel efficient car. This experience left me really bad impressions of McGraths and Jeep. Only go here if you want a car that is overpriced and you are not willing (too lazy) to go to Chicago for a fair price.

BEWARE OF BUYING USED VEHICLES FROM RANDY KUEHL HONDA IN CEDAR RAPIDS, IOWA…read more I bought a 2020 Dodge Grand Caravan from them on March 12, 2026 for over $13,000. The dealership-provided CarFax claimed the engine had been serviced and the vehicle a "must-see, must-drive, must-own". Less than ONE MONTH later -- after driving only 367 miles -- the van broke down and would not start. In the next two weeks, I took it to two separate mechanics, and they told me the engine needs replaced or rebuilt (around $10,000 in repairs) due to major internal engine damage that would have existed before the sale. When I contacted Randy Kuehl Honda about the issue, they offered me $1,000 toward repairs. That does not come close to covering the estimated repair costs, nor the loss in value on a vehicle I had just purchased for over $13,000 less than a month earlier. I understand used vehicles are sold as-is, but having catastrophic engine failure less than a month after purchase and after only 367 miles -- combined with documentation claiming the engine had just been serviced -- has been an extremely disappointing experience. My vehicle is no longer worth the over $13,000 that I just paid for it, but a diminished value of about $3,000 to $4,000 due to having to have a complete new motor costing over $10,000 with motor and labor. Please share so others are warned before buying from them.
