They already make it harder for us to fix our vehicles ourselves, but I guess that's not enough.

My experience at Legacy Ford of Rosenberg was truly exceptional. It was genuine, honest, and comfortable, due in large part to their amazing staff. I knew I was in the right place from the moment I arrived. It started with the way I was greeted at the reception desk - friendly, professional, and courteous. That same approach extended throughout the dealership, from the polite cleaning crew and café staff to everyone I encountered during the process. I even had one employee offer to pay for my breakfast. Those small, genuine gestures say a lot about the culture they've created. The finance department made everything easy, straightforward, and stress-free. I especially enjoyed working with Chris Spisak, my salesman. He impressed me from the moment he introduced himself over text and sent me a personalized video of the Bronco I was interested in. In the video, he walked me around the vehicle and pointed out its features and finer details before I ever stepped foot in the dealership. Throughout the entire process, Chris listened, focused on my needs, answered my questions, and worked hard to make sure what I wanted was exactly what I was shown - and ultimately what I received. I never felt pressured or like I was simply being sold a vehicle. This was truly one of the best car-buying experiences I've ever had. I look forward to servicing my Bronco at Legacy Ford of Rosenberg and purchasing another vehicle from them in the future. If you're looking for a new vehicle, I highly recommend stopping by Legacy Ford of Rosenberg and asking for Chris Spisak. He and the entire team made the experience exceptional from beginning to end.

Now that is what I call excellent customer service to turn a bad situation around. I will Definitely Be back. Thanks Matt for taking great care of me. Updated to 5 stars plus Original post: I drop my Jeep off and it takes 4 days to look at. Of course it is nothing the warranty covered because they can't replicate the transmission issue. I'm not sure they even tried. How I know this is they never inspected it as they said because they didn't drive it 50 miles as they said To inspect it after a very expensive tune up. Supposedly they drove it a lot to try to replicate the transmission issues. I dropped the Jeep due to check engine light on that we thought was due to the transmission or linkage. The transmission issue isn't fixed. And my vehicle is not inspected. Also not washed like they claimed they would and 9 days later I have my Jeep back no inspection now I have to drive expired 50 miles to get an inspection.

Once we arrived, we were told there was an additional $3,500 reconditioning fee that was not reflected in the internet price. After going back and forth, General Manager Robert Randino offered $45,451 plus the doc fee and TTL. We were ready to purchase the truck that day and offered $45,000 plus doc fee and TTL. He chose to let us walk over $451. What made it even more surprising was that it was a Saturday afternoon and the dealership was not busy. Robert told us he was the new General Manager, so I expected more effort to earn the business of customers who had driven 3.5 hours specifically because of their advertised price. I understand dealerships need to make money, but customers make decisions based on the prices dealerships choose to advertise. We would not have driven from Corpus Christi had the additional charges been clearly disclosed upfront. The truck also smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, which made paying above the advertised price even harder to justify. Afterward, I looked through reviews of this dealership and discovered other customers describing similar experiences with additional charges being added to advertised vehicle prices. That was especially disappointing to see after what we had just experienced ourselves. I told Robert I would leave an honest review, and this is my honest experience. If you're traveling any distance to this dealership, get the complete selling price and every mandatory fee in writing before making the drive.
