Steak Tippin Food Truck serves Just the Tips for $8, Grilled Cheese & Tips for $9, Philly Cheese Tips for $9, Tips & Shrooms Quesadilla for $9, and the Moo'tine for $12. I got the Steak Tips & Shrooms Quesadilla and it was very tasty, a pretty big portion, and very filling. The steak tips included were pretty big, not too chewy, soft, and well marinated while the Quesadilla was well toasted and super cheesy and tasty. The sautéed mushrooms paired very well in the Quesadilla and is not something you see often in a Quesadilla. I was a little disappointed the Quesadilla did not come with sour cream or guacamole or sautéed onions as is usually traditionally included so I have to take off a star for that. I added some Texas Pete Hot Sauce on to spice it up and it really hit the spot. 9/10 The Moo'tine came with steak tips, Cheese Balls, steak fries, Cheddar Jack cheese, Mozarella cheese, and was drizzled with beef Gravy.
