But I should've known that the owner is from Miami, Florida. They prepared this conch salad, just like Miami, Florida folks. :-) Sooooo good! This was my first time at, Slime The Conch Man food truck. I am glad that I was in the area, saw the information on Yelp, and stopped by. The lady who took the order, was really pleasant. My husband ordered our food. I wanted conch salad, so since we're from Miami, we decided to get the conch salad that was named "Miami Style." :-) We ordered 2 medium cups that were $17 a piece. There are 4 sizes, and 4 conch salad styles you can select. I really wanted the citrus style, but they were out. Next time, I will order conch fritters and fried conch. The first time we were so excited to go and try what looked like they would be out of this world smash burgers... MANNNNNNNNNN they did not disappoint! Hence why we've returned time and time again. The burgers are so perfectly smashed, they're bigger than the bun so you get all that extra crunchy goodness around the edges. The flavor of the sauce is amazing and compliments perfectly. Not only that, but they have great fries! I always get the loaded fries which come with their caramelized onions and cheese sauce. Cue the droolingggg. It's hit or miss if there is going to be a long line but somehow my wife and I have always gotten lucky to get there juuust before everyone else. Service is always very friendly and efficient. As for ambiance, they can't really account for that since they are a food truck but Common Dialect has plenty of seating if you want to stay, have a beer, and eat your food. Steak Tippin Food Truck is decorated in black and white cow hide print with a mascot of a smiling cow holding a fork and the slogan "Steak Tips done right". Steak Tippin Food Truck serves Just the Tips for $8, Grilled Cheese & Tips for $9, Philly Cheese Tips for $9, Tips & Shrooms Quesadilla for $9, and the Moo'tine for $12.
