Ferrero is one of the top picks of everyone
Graciela L.

Skoops is one of those spots you end up at without overthinking it, walking through Bayside, heat kicking in, and ice cream suddenly becomes the must refreshing dessert you can get. The flavor selection is massive. Every kind of craving is covered, from classics to more indulgent options. Top picks: Dulce de leche and stracciatella are easy favorites, and the people's pick for a reason is Ferrero Rocher: rich, chocolatey, and impossible to ignore. My personal winner though was the white chocolate pistachio. Creamy, balanced, and not overly sweet. What really made the stop better was the service. Huge thanks to Daniel (or David -- sorry!), who handled my very specific ice-cream demands with patience, good energy, and zero rush. Friendly, helpful, and clearly happy to let you taste and take your time deciding. Cold, creamy, and exactly what you want while wandering Bayside. Skoops is a nice/casual stop especially when the sun's out and choices are hard.

It's not the most creamy ice cream but I will say it's super pretty. Their presentations is a win. They top their scoops with a choice of melted white chocolate or melted milk chocolate drizzle placed in a mini cone. This mini cone is then pinned into your scoop. It's warm when you get your ice cream so when you drizzle it on top of your cold ice cream it's warm and gooey when you bite in. Another huge pro their staff is so welcoming and patient. My daughter and I requested many samples because we just could not pick and the guy at the counter was so sweet and patient. 100% recommend because of their great service. However, would I recommend for their ice cream? To be honest, no.

Just another yummy gelato place in Miami !!! There had quite a few choices to choose from

Yummy gelato! They give free samples. We really liked strawberry, lemon & coffee. There are several Skoops in the Bayside Marketplace. I suggest visiting one inside where there's tables & chairs & it's more quiet & less crowded. We visited the one outside & it was very busy & loud.

Looks way more appetizing than it is.... Lots of great looking flavors, you're limited to two free tastes. The two tastes didn't really taste like quality gelato, and the reason is it's not! I thought why not try it.... I was smart enough to ask for a cup, which they begrudgingly gave me ... two scoops, Nutella and chocolate chip. Free crushed pistachios topping. The gelato was sub-par, the worst I've had in a while. The price was over the top too. Go some place else and get key lime pie! You'll be glad you did, 1/2 the price, 100x the quality/flavor. Stay away from Skoops!

Skoops is a great gelato shop in the heart of Brickell. They have a tremendous selection of gelato. Service is really quick. I had a two-scoop cone, one scope was cocoanut and the other was pistachio. It was put into a cone, covered with pistachio nuts, and then there was this little cone inverted on top that was filled with a chocolate sauce. A very original presentation. The gelato is delicious, really well made. It is expensive and as others have pointed out they do not list their prices, but definitely a good place to stop for dessert.

The toppings our ice creams did not have.

Sadly. All was well with the experience. Except when they charged me unknowingly 10 toppings. Yet I ordered only 5 ice creams and 1 had sprinkles on them. They got me good. Loud place, lots of things going and pieces moving. They got an extra 9.30 out of me and I tipped. Stupid me.

Overpriced ice cream cone

I know downtown Miami is expensive, but $13 for a "small" cone is crazy! We were looking for some ice cream close to our hotel after dinner and this place came up. There were no signs posted with prices but the flavors looked interesting. We tried some samples--I was interested in the Kinder flavor, but it didn't really taste like Kinder. The flavors we got were okay, though they didn't really taste like what we expected (tiramisu didn't taste like coffee at all, and lemon pie was giving lemon but not pie). The ice cream itself was fine--I would describe it as mediocre. If it had been $6 maybe it would have been an unmemorable experience. But since we spent almost $30 on two mediocre ice cream cones, it was very memorable in a bad way.

Went to Bayfront Park and ran into this ice cream place. It looked appetizing. I tried the passionfruit and strachiatella. They have water-based flavors and yogurt and milk based flavors, which is nice to have the option. I did their smallest option which is two scoops. Apparently they all come in a cone because they don't give you the option of using a cup, which I don't really appreciate. I asked for the two flavors and then they put a cone on top. I don't know if that's added cost or if that is included but I was never asked about it so I would assume it's included and then I was asked whether I wanted to fill it with chocolate or caramel or the different types of sauces again I don't know if that's included or if I was charged additionally for that without my consent, ultimately I paid $14 for two scoops of ice cream. The chocolate chip was just OK I wouldn't go back for it. The passionfruit is better but I wish it was a little bit more tart and a little bit more icy versus creamy. Generally speaking, I would not go back or spend $14 on the ice cream. It's not worth the price

Cute little gelato spot in the middle of Bayside. It's kosher too. Kind of pricey for a cone, $15 with tax, but my daughter loves their gelato so I had to get her one.

A bunch of racist theives! They make it sound like toppings are part of your order. But they charge you extra for them at the end.
