It is also slightly overpriced compared to other gelato places so at the very least allow customers to sample so that they can get most out of what they are paying for. What does not work in their favor is that it is outside the "happening area" so you can't enjoy the vibe either (unlike other joints) and the shop is also not in the best shape. Not worth it. The manager that day was super nice and attentive to us. He allowed us to try different flavors and recommended two of his own. The store itself is extremely clean and organized. There is not a lot of clutter and there are plenty of spoons and napkins around. The floors and windows were all very clean and without any defects. I truly appreciated the quickness and hospitality that the manager gave us that day. The three of us left extremely pleased with our experience and can't thank this Salt and Straw team/management enough!
