Disappointing Experience Due to Food Safety Concern…read more I visited this restaurant on Wednesday for lunch. This was actually my second time dining here. My first visit was pleasant, which is why I decided to come back. This time, I ordered what I believe was the tri-tip steak wrap. As I was finishing the first half of my wrap, I noticed a dead fly in my food. Needless to say, I was shocked and immediately lost my appetite. I walked to the front and asked to speak with a manager. The cashier who helped me was very friendly and professional. I explained the situation to her, and she relayed it to the manager. While I do appreciate that they refunded my meal, what disappointed me most was the manager's response. He never came over to speak with me, apologize, or acknowledge the situation directly. From where I was standing, he appeared visibly disturbed when informed, but he simply instructed the cashier to issue a refund and never addressed me as the customer. I understand that mistakes happen and that it was a busy lunch rush. However, finding a fly in a meal is a serious food safety issue, and I believe a manager or owner should take a moment to personally speak with the customer, show concern, and offer an apology. A little empathy would have gone a long way. The refund was appreciated, but the lack of acknowledgment and customer care left a much stronger impression than the refund itself. Unfortunately, after this experience, I'm hesitant to return.

We were greeted by a young man who connected and had some small talk with my son because of his Anime shirt. I ordered the pastrami sandwhich with bacon on sourdough and it was scrumptious. Guy's for Lunch is truly worth stopping by for a delicious sandwich. They have a huge variety of…read moresandwiches. Prices are very reasonable and they even have an option for a half sandwich/side combo. I always get a Dutch crunch and I normally eat through the pain of the hard crust on the top that hurts my mouth. But here, the Dutch crunch is incredibly soft and fresh, not hard at all. It had the texture of a fresh light crouton. My sandwich had a lot of meat on it, and the veggies tasted extra fresh. I could only eat half my sandwich, but the second half I saved for a snack later on in the day and it was still yummy. The turkey chili they had on special was so smoky and flavorful, definitely worth a try. A couple small things I noticed and very much appreciated. If you order for here, they will put your food and sides on actual plates with real silverware. They don't just wrap it togo like any other sandwich spot would do regardless if you are eating it there or not. They also immediately give you water cups without requesting one, they are actually full size cups and not the small 6oz children courtesy cups you would normally get. They also let me sample the turkey chili and macaroni salad before committing to a full size order of it. It's the little things like this that leave impressions, aside from the delicious food. Unfortunately this spot is quite the drive from my house, but if you're in the area doing some shopping, they are a must try!

Stellar customer service!…read more We've eaten at Four Sisters for more than a decade. Always great food and service despite the wait (it's popular). Free coffee in lobby while you wait. When I complained about my food today the owner came out, genuinely wanted to know the issue, replaced my meal and didn't charge for our meals. Tricia was so kind and grateful for her customers. That's not all...they chopped ham small for my husband who had dental surgery this week. Excellent customer service recovery rarely seen these days!

Delicious butter and jam served with the biscuit made everything better. Again, the potatoes were exceptional. Some were crispy. All were par cooked. Seasoning was perfect. I did have to douse the omelette in pepper and hot sauce. My only regret: Failing to ask for a to-go cup for my $5.50 fresh squeezed orange juice.

Despite that, our party of 4 didn't wait too long and were able to sit on the patio since the weather was so beautiful (and I've noticed it does get warm inside with the pizza oven so close to the tables). We tried a unique appetizer they had, Fergese. It's described on the menu as an Albanian stew with tomatoes, onions, peppers, and cheese, served with bread. Sounded really good, and it was. Unfortunately I didn't snap a picture of it, but we all really enjoyed it. As usual, I got the Ali's Special. It's hard to get anything else when they consistently knock this one out of the park. Others got a patata (potato pizza, if you've never had potato on pizza it is excellent), Helena (sausage, pepperoncinis, some other things), and a build your own. The sausage on the Helena was really, really good. I'm not usually a fan of sausage on pizza because it's never good quality, but this was different! Everyone enjoyed their pizzas. They always look so good too - really good leopard spotting. This is one of our favorite places to take people from out of town.

This was probably one of the best stews and bread I've ever had. Everything came out piping hot and the cheese on top was Gooey and melty. This was honestly so filling that I wasn't sure if I could eat a pizza after. We did have to wait another 40 min for our pizza however. We got the Helena and the stinger half and half. Both were good but a little too oily. I would def come back to try their seasonal fall items
