From someone who's been in the industry with the same type of food for at least 25 years I can say…read morethat everything was fresh high-quality, delicious, including, but not limited to the sandwiches Salads and the hummus was absolutely delicious with the right amount of cumin.... The Sisters, Jacob, Jocelyn Act here at the Garden of Eaten are an outstanding group of people with great skills, personable, congenial, hospitable.... They are beyond their years in taking care of people. Disappointing Experience Due to Food Safety Concern…read more I visited this restaurant on Wednesday for lunch. This was actually my second time dining here. My first visit was pleasant, which is why I decided to come back. This time, I ordered what I believe was the tri-tip steak wrap. As I was finishing the first half of my wrap, I noticed a dead fly in my food. Needless to say, I was shocked and immediately lost my appetite. I walked to the front and asked to speak with a manager. The cashier who helped me was very friendly and professional. I explained the situation to her, and she relayed it to the manager. While I do appreciate that they refunded my meal, what disappointed me most was the manager's response. He never came over to speak with me, apologize, or acknowledge the situation directly. From where I was standing, he appeared visibly disturbed when informed, but he simply instructed the cashier to issue a refund and never addressed me as the customer. I understand that mistakes happen and that it was a busy lunch rush. However, finding a fly in a meal is a serious food safety issue, and I believe a manager or owner should take a moment to personally speak with the customer, show concern, and offer an apology. A little empathy would have gone a long way. The refund was appreciated, but the lack of acknowledgment and customer care left a much stronger impression than the refund itself. Unfortunately, after this experience, I'm hesitant to return.

I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately my stomach had other plans…read more About an hour after eating the steak bowl, my digestive system declared a full-scale emergency. I've never seen food move through me with such speed and determination. Let's just say the bowl made a return appearance faster than I expected, and it wasn't pretty. To be fair, there are currently public health warnings about certain produce, including vegetables, berries, and cilantro, so I can't say with certainty what caused it. If any of those ingredients were involved, that could be the culprit. Either way, this restaurant should take a hard look at its ingredients, suppliers, and food safety practices to make sure everything they're serving is fresh and safe. The bowl tasted fine going down, but the aftermath was unbearable. I hope this was an isolated incident, but no customer should be spending the next hour making emergency trips to the bathroom after a meal. I sincerely hope the restaurant investigates and ensures their ingredients are safe, because this experience was one I'd rather never repeat.

I enjoyed my burger and fries. It was a good deal as a lunch menu item, which is offered until 3 p.m. The fish tacos were decent (maybe a little on the bland side) but still a nice option to have. The wings were dry, which our kid said isn't usually the norm since they order them regularly, but the mac 'n cheese balls were a hit, as usual. Service here is friendly, and the hostesses were warm and welcoming when we first walked in. Our server, Jessica B., was friendly and accommodating, offered solid recommendations, and checked in with us frequently without being overbearing. Our biggest bone to pick, though, was with the chairs in the outdoor seating area. All three of us were uncomfortable and hurting after a relatively short amount of time. I'd definitely recommend grabbing a booth inside, and that's what we'll likely do.

Original review: Seems Everytime we come now there's issues. This time we just walked out! I made reservations, requested a booth then was told the wait for inside would be over an hour. Even with my reservation. There were half booths open and the table that was supposed to be for us was given to another person. (What I mean is she took the table) and the staff didn't do anything. We used to come here every weekend. Sadly this place has gone downhill. I think we're done with this place!

Their tea selection is outstanding--everything from Raspberry Mojito to creative freeze blends, all brewed just right and served in elegant glassware. I wish they sold their glassware, I so want to take it home. The fusion kitchen truly shines. My friend tried the sweet chili chicken bowl and was impressed by the perfect balance of spice, crunch of fresh vegetables, and to top it off, with Wasabi Ginger Dressing. Every bite showed thoughtful seasoning and high‑quality ingredients. Portions are generous without being overwhelming. Service was attentive and knowledgeable--staff were happy to make recommendations and answer questions. I also loved the cozy seating and modern, clean décor. Overall, Tea Bar and Fusion Kitchen is a delightful spot for tea lovers and foodies alike. I can't wait to go back and explore more of their inventive menu! I only ordered the Ginger tangerine after watching Jurassic World Rebirth next door as I was still full from movie popcorn and nachos. :)

There was plenty of seating inside, and the restaurant had a nice casual atmosphere. They were out of the spinach tortilla, but I was given four other tortilla options and chose the garlic herb. My order was ready really quickly, probably within about five minutes. The Chicken Caesar Wrap is made with lemon-peppered chicken, grape tomatoes, red onion, shaved Parmesan cheese, green leaf lettuce, and house-made Caesar dressing. The wrap was absolutely delicious and bursting with flavor. I usually love croutons in a Caesar salad and thought I might miss them since this wrap doesn't have any, but there was so much flavor going on that I honestly didn't miss them at all. The lemon-peppered chicken especially added a lot of flavor, and the garlic herb tortilla was a great choice. It was also very filling. I was completely satisfied after eating just half of the wrap and saved the other half for later. I also really appreciate that Garden of Eat'n publishes its nutrition information online. I was genuinely surprised to see that the entire Chicken Caesar Wrap is only 515 calories, which is pretty impressive for something this flavorful and filling. My only complaint is the price. At $16.75, the wrap is definitely on the expensive side, especially since it doesn't come with a drink or any sides. It was very good, but almost $18 for a wrap by itself feels a little steep. I think it would be a better value if it were a few dollars cheaper or included a small side. Overall, I really enjoyed it. The food was fresh, flavorful, filling, and came out quickly. I would definitely come back, but the price keeps it at 4/5 stars for me.

Portions for the salad are better in house than take out, in my experience. Staff is very friendly and always deliver food timely, and to the correct table without markers. I know, maybe I am easily impressed. The fountain soda machine has the classics but has special brand of different flavored sodas. They are really good. I don't drink soda often, but it is a treat when I come here. Restaurant has plenty of seating as well as. Covered, enclosed outdoor area. It is well maintained with tables being cleared in a timely fashion. Lastly, they have a rewards program that seems to reward pretty well. The sandwich's are a little on the pricier side, so the reward program is nice, especially since my wife could eat here daily.
