She does have slightly better prices than most places in the area (maybe $10 less) Her massage beds are are heated and soft, I think she puts an extra cushion down, so it's more comfortable than many lash places. I was a little grossed out that her pillows for the head and under the knees are not covered with disposable covers though. She talks on the phone the whole time and picks up calls, which is fine since I wasn't planning on sleeping. Most places give you a brush at the end to take care of your lashes but she doesn't. It's been 2 weeks since I got my lashes done and they are lasting an okay amount of time, I do think they have been falling out faster than most places I've gone, but only slightly.

Everyone was beyond sweet and accommodating and the lashes turned out soo beautifully! The technician (Joanna) was already waiting for me with the receptionist the minute i got there. Before even starting, Joanna made sure her consultation was informative. We then walked into the room to start the process. Joanna was extremely professional and thorough with my lashes, making sure that every single lash was placed perfectly. She walked me through the process, explaining to me what she was going to do next and about how long it would take. When i told her that i thought the time in my parking meter was running out (i had street parked right in front of the salon, where you could only park for 1 hr max) instead of rushing, she sent someone to put in a quarter in the meter on my behalf. Once she was done, i looked at how my lashes turned out and i was super impressed!! They looked soo beautiful! Before i left, the receptionist explained to me how to take care of my lashes. The whole experience has been wonderful and i cannot wait to recommend this salon to my friends!! Pay a visit! You will NOT regret it! :)

Very thorough and meticulous in applying the lashes. They came out beautiful. I went here today for a touch up and wished I'd had the same lady (Monica..I think) as the first time as this eyelash technician wasn't as meticulous but all-in-all the lashes still came out great. Just make sure you don't use water on your eye for at least 2-3 days. No oil-based mascara and try not to rub your eye or touch your eye/lashes too much as they WILL fall out.

A girl who looked pretty young to me worked on my lashes and I felt as if she worked harder on one eye than the other. I got my lashes done on Friday and by Sunday that eye that didn't get much love on Friday, lost half of it's long lashes. I was upset but since I worked all week, I couldn't go back till next Friday. I had told them that this eye has lost all it's lashes in comparison to my other eye. However, there was one issue that ultimately made me stop coming. She spends a lot of time chatting with other staff members while working. During my last appointment, my color took nearly four hours, and it genuinely felt as though half of that time was spent on conversations unrelated to my appointment. While cutting my hair, she became so distracted that she completely missed one side which I only noticed after when I came home. I don't mean this as a rude comment, but as constructive feedback. I don't mind friendly conversation in a salon, but I also expect my stylist's attention to be on the client. More importantly, I simply can't spend half a day at a hair appointment. I work five days a week and only have two days off, and those days are precious. As much as I appreciate the quality of the work, I eventually stopped going because I didn't feel my time was being respected. Great service isn't just about the end result--it's also about respecting your customers' time.

After a few refills, I told her I wish to get them a little longer but she advised me that she noticed my real lashes grow really fast and since I wear contacts/glasses, it may bother me when it grows and she is absolutely right! I completely trust her! I've heard of lash techs at other places doing whatever they want. Just reading their pages of IG policies stresses me out. I had a not so great experience for my first time because I felt like there was a lot of glue but Keico herself called me and accommodated my concerns. She didn't make any excuses and even offered for me to come in that day to fix it herself. She's the one who recommended Lauren or Susie. Here we are... I have been going to Keico's for a year!
