Booking - I liked their prompt reservation response - I think I booked online and they quickly called to confirm, and later called apologetically to switch me from one slot to a later slot when they ended up having a conflict. Parking - You can park in Bridge plaza parking lot according to the receptionist, so I did and walked around the corner to get there. I did not get any tickets despite the lot's copious warnings. Cleanliness/Vibe - Once inside, they offered me tea and I was pleasantly surprised at the bright ambiance (all those who dislike dingy massage parlors pay attention) and some chairs for waiting. I was promptly escorted to the first room which felt very close to the entrance, yet it was quiet and relaxing once I lied down behind the curtains. There was a sign advising people to NOT get naked for the treatment, which I found amusing. (Awww man~~~! Lol .. just kidding.) Treatment - I chose the one-hour massage focusing on neck & shoulder + lower back pain which is a recurring story of my life being on the tall side. My therapist, Maria, spoke limited English but communicated well to ensure my comfort with the pressure level, and when asked to go harder, dished it out no problem to dissolve those knots in my shoulder. She even gave me hot stone therapy which really helped ease my backaches. HOT STONES? That's a first from inexpensive spots! She did a thorough job and did not skimp out, going a bit after the alarm beeped to ensure completion. She also wasn't distracted by other needs of the place and stayed with me the whole time except to get the hot stones, which I really appreciated. I paid $40 plus $15 tip but later saw it was ~$17 on bank statement which was a bit weird... but I could be mistaken about the $15 because my aches were GONE and my whole body had turned to a jello at that time. The sign on their entrance door asks patrons who are not feeling healthy to be considerate of others and return another time when they're feeling better. The Spa demonstrates good practices and concern for the well-being of their customers and staff. Evident by the meticulously clean environment which they maintain more than daily. The massage treatments are delivered with expertise and professional care. Just $40 for a 60 minute body massage ($35 for a foot massage) one cannot beat the price. This is the worst place to do massage in Fort Lee. My mom got tired from the flu vaccine so I took her to this place.The massage therapist who was too busy to take money from different customers so she didn't give my mom fully one hour massage. When my mom asked her to do deep tissue which I paid for it, masseuse applied zero pressure and had zero technique. My mom asked twice during the massage for a firmer pressure, but the masseuse did not apply it. I asked her why you didn't do what I paid for my mom, she said "I'm busy and tired,sorry". Next, I asked to talk to the manager so She said she is the manager.What the heck!!!So I called the place again, asked to talk to the owner who didn't care either. She mentioned that her manager was too busy so I can take my mom back next time and get 10%off or nothing she can't do...!!! I paid for massage therapist or masseuse to give my mom a good massage. I just had a 90-min massage here and it was an excellent experience. It's a small office but very friendly and efficient staff. They brought me to my massage room (curtain not door, just FYI) right away. Angela was my massage therapist and she was wonderful. Massage felt more like a sports massage with some movement, stretching, a bit of deep Tissue and some hot stones as well. I walked in last night around 9pm as my shoulder and neck were extremely stiff that I started to have really bad migraine, it was an emergency so I did not make reservation ahead and I was extremely happy that they accepted my walked in even it was kind of late. The deep tissue massage was exactly what I needed, I did 1 hour body work ($40 plus tips) and it literally saved my life, I walked out the door like a new person again. She promptly answered my questions regarding prices and requesting a male therapist. No problems making the appointment. Tony did a fantastic job working deep to loosen up my tight lower back and shoulders. Hot stone were included. His foot massage also hit all the right places. Didn't feel rushed and no pressure to tip a certain amount. The staff is friendly and speaks English. The place is clean and comfortable. Bathroom and treatment rooms are small but adequate. Relaxing music is playing but since the place is small you can still here other clients talking when they come in or pay. Overall a great value for the money. Smaller than I had expected but results are pretty awesome. Messaged them through yelp to make an appointment and they responded in under 10 minutes to confirm. They were able to accommodate the appointment even though it was only 40 minutes after my contact time. Walked in a little early and they were able to start right away. You can request either a male or female massage therapist so choose based on your preference. Place is clean and serene making it easy to relax. The lady who took care of my massage was very thorough and consistent in pressure throughout. $40 for an hour, $20 for half an hour. Hot stone portion is included in the hour which was nice. Overall, I'll probably be going back since the experience all around was pretty good. Only bad part would be that if you went during rush hour or something you'd have trouble parking since it's pretty much right smack in the middle of all the traffic zones of fort lee. read more

I love this place! Ive been here maybe 7-10 times and it's always wonderful. Very easy to make an appointment online which is convenient. It is a no frills kind of place, small and the rooms are separated by curtains but they really give an excellent massage. I usually get the gentleman that works there and have nothing but wonderful things to say about his professionalism and massaging technique. I always feel refreshed and new after leaving. My friend who introduced me to this spa has had a bad massage ONCE but he said the masseuse just kinda rubbed with her elbow in one spot and it was uncomfortable. He also never saw her again lol. The price is also unbeatable. For $50 you get a one hour full body massage and 10 or 15 minute foot reflexology. If you were looking for a gift or a date experience You may want to pick a place a bit fancier but if you just want a good quality massage for yourself GO HERE!! read more

The WORST experience I have ever had with a massage place. I literally feel nothing, no pressure at all! The masseuse was left for at least 5 times, and she wasted at least 10 minutes on a 45 minutes massage. When the alarm sounds, she was not able to finish my foot massage, and just left immediately. When I checked out at the front desk, and I was not happy at the massage experience, so I only want to pay 10 percent for the tips. The owner then asked me to pay tips at least 15 dollars for one hour massage, otherwise he wouldn't let us go. I was quite offended by his wordings. The massage therapist asked how the pressure was and later asked if I would like hot stone. She massaged an 8.5/10. It was my fault for not asking what 1 hour included. I thought it included feet like most places. I was disappointed by that. When I walked out I realized by the list, that was something you'd have to ask for. Literally the worst massage I've ever had. I like no frills massages and didn't expect much here at $40/hr, but a teenaged(?) girl came in and just felt me up, with no clue on pressure or pressure point. She disappeared no less than 4x presumably to get towels, stones, take a break, etc., but each time she was gone for longer. Towards the end she just kept touching the inside of my left foot at that ball point near the ankle, and when the alarm went off at "60 minutes" she just dropped the foot, didn't even bother with the right foot, and told me to get dressed. I've never felt violated or angry during a massage before this experience, and I get them very frequently. I don't even care if my massages are a bit short, like 45 minutes even if I pay for an hour; but this was TRULY AWFUL. On top of this, a man apparently walked into the place in the middle of my session and kept shouting that he needed a female massage therapist. Very relaxing... At $40, I would normally have paid a $10 tip, but I was so pissed I tried to give $6 (15%). Then I was demanded to give a $15 tip. FYI that is a 37.5% tip! Wtf. I am NEVER going here again, and would never recommend it to anyone. read more

Was in the Fort Lee area and saw this Spa. I decided to try and it was a wonderful experience. This Spa is neat and clean, the staff is friendly and eager to give a good experience. My masseuse was clearly a professional and focused on those areas I wanted and on areas she felt were needed. Cost of the massage is very competitive and fair. As I know the masseuses rely on tips for their income I gave what I thought was fair and unlike other spas I've been to there was no pressure for a bigger tip but rather a simple and sincere thank you and ask me to please visit again...which I will. But when asked about a tip I gave her a tip of $15 which is what I was able to give the lady at the front desk charged me an extra $5.30 and said it was tax. First I didn't believe her and was very disappointed afterwards for there behavior for the tip even after I said I can only do $15. What was even funnier and pathetic they hide a sign they had that said a $10 tip for an hour and $15 tip or more for an hour and half when they kept asking for more. That alone is desperate and annoying because now my bank account overdrawn and I'm self employed so I make my money by commission pieces. But I really needed this back and foot massage because I wasn't able to focus on my work. It was different than the usual hour massage at other spas and they have good prices. I booked for Sunday 9pm with female masseuse for 1 hr body massage. She initiated my massage, and I was feeling relaxed so I placed my headphones on. It was not until the end, when I had to turn over for scalp massage then realized they swapped my masseuse, and it was a male!!! Seriously, I felt so violated. How rude and wrong of them to not interrupt and let me know if my female masseuse had to leave. Then WHY THE FUCKING HELL DID YOU BOOK MY APPOINTMENT??? My second time here. Place was again was super clean, sheets smelled great. Nice spa music playing in the background. I did 1 hour body again with a different person because I like to give people a chance. I was disappointed. I didn't catch the woman's name but i think they switched during my flip (I just called to confirm and her name is "Lina"). First I'll start off by saying that she had awesome pressure, super strong hands. However, her techniques were not great. She was also extremely fast and rough with her movements to the point where it was not enjoyable. She knew exactly where to press to alleviate my tight spots but the way she went about it was terrible. It felt OK because I have a lot of tight knots but at one point she was like on my spine which was painful. I'm an esthetician, so I know how important touch is. She had the worst touch, ever. She seemed like she hated her job which ruined it for me. I will definitely be back just not with her. She was very inconsistent with she did on each side of the body/arm/foot/shoulder. For example she would also use her palm on one side of my leg and thumb on the other in super fast movements causing pain on one leg but not the other. She also had wedges on that she kept taking on and off which was very very loud and distracting. She bounced around a lot from my arm to my butt to my head etc. It was not pleasurable. NEVER get this so called "masseuse" named TINA. unless you dont care and you want to waste your money and time then by all means go right ahead, but if you want to have a relaxing massage then avoid her. I normally dont get my massage done by that fraud, but the person I normally get my massage from went on vacation and I really needed to get a massage. I was recommended by another masseuse to get that hideous person and now I'm just so uncomfortable and definitely not relaxed. also, she does not understand ANY english. so it was hard to tell her what I needed to get done. and when I pointed at my problem areas.. all she did was just run her fat fingers up and down like shes tickling me and then just left the room to get the hot stones. i could also tell that the she-man definently has no experience what so ever! I dont know if the other masseuse set me up with her so she could make some tip but I feel like they should better train or hire someone that at least has some experience. either way, just avoid that person.
