Very clean and nice place. Friendly staff. I had a great one hour massage, very effective for releasing muscle tension. Will definitely go back! read more

The massage was okay and when I went to pay I tipped 20%. The man that rang me up brought out a suggested tip sheet and tried to force me in to tipping more. I kept telling him I'm tipping 20% and he kept pointing at me and telling me to tip more. Finally I said thank you but I have to go and as I was walking out he started shouting at me. Horrible customer service. read more

My new go-to massage spot! Booking - I liked their prompt reservation response - I think I booked online and they quickly called to confirm, and later called apologetically to switch me from one slot to a later slot when they ended up having a conflict. Parking - You can park in Bridge plaza parking lot according to the receptionist, so I did and walked around the corner to get there. I did not get any tickets despite the lot's copious warnings. Cleanliness/Vibe - Once inside, they offered me tea and I was pleasantly surprised at the bright ambiance (all those who dislike dingy massage parlors pay attention) and some chairs for waiting. I was promptly escorted to the first room which felt very close to the entrance, yet it was quiet and relaxing once I lied down behind the curtains. There was a sign advising people to NOT get naked for the treatment, which I found amusing. (Awww man~~~! Lol .. just kidding.) Treatment - I chose the one-hour massage focusing on neck & shoulder + lower back pain which is a recurring story of my life being on the tall side. My therapist, Maria, spoke limited English but communicated well to ensure my comfort with the pressure level, and when asked to go harder, dished it out no problem to dissolve those knots in my shoulder. She even gave me hot stone therapy which really helped ease my backaches. HOT STONES? That's a first from inexpensive spots! She did a thorough job and did not skimp out, going a bit after the alarm beeped to ensure completion. She also wasn't distracted by other needs of the place and stayed with me the whole time except to get the hot stones, which I really appreciated. I paid $40 plus $15 tip but later saw it was ~$17 on bank statement which was a bit weird... but I could be mistaken about the $15 because my aches were GONE and my whole body had turned to a jello at that time. This place is the best of the economic massage spas in the area - go get your knots worked out! read more

no frills but great little spot to get regular good valued massages. note that they "require" a $20 tip (my first couple times there, my massage was $50 and i gave standard 20% but was told I had to give $20; a little tacky, sure). read more

Got allergic to the massage oil but the itchiness stopped after the staff switched to a different massage oil. It's cheaper but they force you to pay a certain amount of tips. There's no door in each room, just a curtain. My friend found a roach on the ceiling. One area in my back and right hand still feels itchy since the massage. Will see a doctor to figure out what's going on. Don't think will go back to this place. read more

Was back from a long hiking trip. Came here the next day, hope the therapy would do better job than my roller massager. It DID. I had the masseur. Oh boy, that's exactly pressure/ strength I need for my tensed up muscles. Felt much refresh/relax after a hour body work. Definitely recommend this place. read more

Today 201 Healthy Spa appears to be the only Foot & Body massage establishment open for business. The sign on their entrance door asks patrons who are not feeling healthy to be considerate of others and return another time when they're feeling better. The Spa demonstrates good practices and concern for the well-being of their customers and staff. Evident by the meticulously clean environment which they maintain more than daily. The massage treatments are delivered with expertise and professional care. Just $40 for a 60 minute body massage ($35 for a foot massage) one cannot beat the price. I am very pleased to give them the 5 stars that they earned are well deserved. read more

201 Healthy Spa - Massage Therapy Near Me - Fort Lee, New Jersey

Clean, Friendly, Knowledgeable, & Professional. Upon entering I was impressed by the cleanliness of the spa. Each room is sanitized before AND after every treatment! The entire staff is very professional and well-trained in massage & reflexology. The music in the background enhances the relaxing environment. The price of their service is very reasonable and truly a bargain. I will surely be back as a regular customer. read more

Great .. Professional service. I was welcomed and felt GREAT after my massage. Thank You 201 Healthy Spa .:-)

This is the worst place to do massage in Fort Lee. My mom got tired from the flu vaccine so I took her to this place. The massage therapist who was too busy to take money from different customers so she didn't give my mom fully one hour massage. When my mom asked her to do deep tissue which I paid for it, masseuse applied zero pressure and had zero technique. My mom asked twice during the massage for a firmer pressure, but the masseuse did not apply it. I asked her why you didn't do what I paid for my mom, she said "I'm busy and tired, sorry". Next, I asked to talk to the manager so She said she is the manager. What the heck!!!So I called the place again, asked to talk to the owner who didn't care either. She mentioned that her manager was too busy so I can take my mom back next time and get 10%off or nothing she can't do...!!! I paid for massage therapist or masseuse to give my mom a good massage. But now I paid for the manager who was too busy and the owner who is the rudest owner. What a nightmare experience with the manager and owner! Sigggghhhh....... read more

This place is amazing. The massages are top notch and the masseuses listen to your needs. The place is clean, the staff is friendly and the price is unbeatable. I had a 90 minute massage that worked out knots I've had for years. read more

Linda has the best hands!!! No review will do justice for my experience. The massage was the best I've had in a VERY LONG time. Thanks Linda! read more

I just had a 90-min massage here and it was an excellent experience. It's a small office but very friendly and efficient staff. They brought me to my massage room (curtain not door, just FYI) right away. Angela was my massage therapist and she was wonderful. Massage felt more like a sports massage with some movement, stretching, a bit of deep Tissue and some hot stones as well. I've had a lot of massages all over the world and this one was surprisingly good. $65 for 90 min is an amazing price so I left a $25 tip. read more

Giving this place 5star ...the cleanliness is superb and the staff sanitizing each room after each customer... first time with ANGELA and 2 Thumbs up!!!! She is soooo good!!!! This place is highly recommend read more

I walked in last night around 9pm as my shoulder and neck were extremely stiff that I started to have really bad migraine, it was an emergency so I did not make reservation ahead and I was extremely happy that they accepted my walked in even it was kind of late. The deep tissue massage was exactly what I needed, I did 1 hour body work ($40 plus tips) and it literally saved my life, I walked out the door like a new person again. My massage therapist Tony is wonderful. This place is new, so everything looks very new and clean. I will definitely come back again. read more

I had the 1 hour body massage and 15 min foot massage. I booked it online through Yelp and the owner replied in minutes. She promptly answered my questions regarding prices and requesting a male therapist. No problems making the appointment. Tony did a fantastic job working deep to loosen up my tight lower back and shoulders. Hot stone were included. His foot massage also hit all the right places. Didn't feel rushed and no pressure to tip a certain amount. The staff is friendly and speaks English. The place is clean and comfortable. Bathroom and treatment rooms are small but adequate. Relaxing music is playing but since the place is small you can still here other clients talking when they come in or pay. Overall a great value for the money. Highly recommended and I will definitely be back soon. read more

Smaller than I had expected but results are pretty awesome. Messaged them through yelp to make an appointment and they responded in under 10 minutes to confirm. They were able to accommodate the appointment even though it was only 40 minutes after my contact time. Walked in a little early and they were able to start right away. You can request either a male or female massage therapist so choose based on your preference. Place is clean and serene making it easy to relax. The lady who took care of my massage was very thorough and consistent in pressure throughout. $40 for an hour, $20 for half an hour. Hot stone portion is included in the hour which was nice. Overall, I'll probably be going back since the experience all around was pretty good. Only bad part would be that if you went during rush hour or something you'd have trouble parking since it's pretty much right smack in the middle of all the traffic zones of fort lee. read more

A waste of money!! my shoulders feel sour after the massage. And they ask for 15 dollars tip mandatory, if you pay less than that they won't let you go. read more

I love this place! Ive been here maybe 7-10 times and it's always wonderful. Very easy to make an appointment online which is convenient. It is a no frills kind of place, small and the rooms are separated by curtains but they really give an excellent massage. I usually get the gentleman that works there and have nothing but wonderful things to say about his professionalism and massaging technique. I always feel refreshed and new after leaving. My friend who introduced me to this spa has had a bad massage ONCE but he said the masseuse just kinda rubbed with her elbow in one spot and it was uncomfortable. He also never saw her again lol. The price is also unbeatable. For $50 you get a one hour full body massage and 10 or 15 minute foot reflexology. If you were looking for a gift or a date experience You may want to pick a place a bit fancier but if you just want a good quality massage for yourself GO HERE!! read more

The WORST experience I have ever had with a massage place. I literally feel nothing, no pressure at all! The masseuse was left for at least 5 times, and she wasted at least 10 minutes on a 45 minutes massage. When the alarm sounds, she was not able to finish my foot massage, and just left immediately. When I checked out at the front desk, and I was not happy at the massage experience, so I only want to pay 10 percent for the tips. The owner then asked me to pay tips at least 15 dollars for one hour massage, otherwise he wouldn't let us go. I was quite offended by his wordings. I end up paying him 30 dollars tips as he required us to pay. I would never go back to this business again. Avoid this business as you can! A total waste of money! read more

Holy cow. didn't know what to expect coming here but this place definitely exceeded expectations! Looks brand new inside and definitely smells clean and fresh. Nicki was my masseuse and she was WONDERFUL. firm but not painful and hit all the right spots instead of blindly rubbing the body like a lot of places in the area. $40 for the hour and I will definitely be back!! Only con - tough to find parking! read more

I called about 30 mins prior to see if they would be available. I asked for a 1 massage. They place was lovely. The beds were new. The sheets smelt fresh. The massage therapist asked how the pressure was and later asked if I would like hot stone. She massaged an 8.5/10. It was my fault for not asking what 1 hour included. I thought it included feet like most places. I was disappointed by that. When I walked out I realized by the list, that was something you'd have to ask for. I was taken aback by how in expensive it was, $40. I will most certainly be going back and asking for feet as well. read more

Literally the worst massage I've ever had. I like no frills massages and didn't expect much here at $40/hr, but a teenaged(?) girl came in and just felt me up, with no clue on pressure or pressure point. She disappeared no less than 4x presumably to get towels, stones, take a break, etc., but each time she was gone for longer. Towards the end she just kept touching the inside of my left foot at that ball point near the ankle, and when the alarm went off at "60 minutes" she just dropped the foot, didn't even bother with the right foot, and told me to get dressed. I've never felt violated or angry during a massage before this experience, and I get them very frequently. I don't even care if my massages are a bit short, like 45 minutes even if I pay for an hour; but this was TRULY AWFUL. On top of this, a man apparently walked into the place in the middle of my session and kept shouting that he needed a female massage therapist. Very relaxing... At $40, I would normally have paid a $10 tip, but I was so pissed I tried to give $6 (15%). Then I was demanded to give a $15 tip. FYI that is a 37.5% tip! Wtf. I am NEVER going here again, and would never recommend it to anyone. read more

I went here more than 14times and i got massage from the owner and the lady. They are all good and nice. The place and towels are new and clean. I love this place! I love massage so i went several spa around fort lee and 201 healthy spa is the best ! I highly recommend this place. read more

I come here on a regular basis and have never been disappointed. They have a frequent customer card where if you get 10 massages - you get one free. I am on my 3rd card now. I request Linda, Lee or Mary just because they know me and what type of massage I prefer. Always pleasant and never rude. Very reasonable pricing - I usually get 1 1/2 hrs. Highly recommend giving them a try. read more

Great massage joint. The woman I had was very experienced and even threw in a free stone massage. These people are clearly experienced and price their services fairly. read more

Clean, accommodating and very reasonable priced. Rough but in a good way. Will definitely return for another lunchtime to press reset.

Was in the Fort Lee area and saw this Spa. I decided to try and it was a wonderful experience. This Spa is neat and clean, the staff is friendly and eager to give a good experience. My masseuse was clearly a professional and focused on those areas I wanted and on areas she felt were needed. Cost of the massage is very competitive and fair. As I know the masseuses rely on tips for their income I gave what I thought was fair and unlike other spas I've been to there was no pressure for a bigger tip but rather a simple and sincere thank you and ask me to please visit again...which I will. Try this Spa, you will not be disappointed. read more

This place gives amazing massages. I've been here 3 times and all 3 times was great, but the last time with Emma, was seriously the best massage I've ever received. And I've gotten many many massages and am always in search of good masseuses. It was so good that I called my mom and insisted she come in for a massage with her later that day. And my mom called me afterwards, saying she's never had such an amazing massage in her life. And the best part is that it's an incredible price...$60 for a 90-minute massage! read more

I had a great time here especially with the masseuse getting into my muscle and knots in my back. And I even made an appointment to go back to finish up loosening to back muscles. But when asked about a tip I gave her a tip of $15 which is what I was able to give the lady at the front desk charged me an extra $5.30 and said it was tax. First I didn't believe her and was very disappointed afterwards for there behavior for the tip even after I said I can only do $15. What was even funnier and pathetic they hide a sign they had that said a $10 tip for an hour and $15 tip or more for an hour and half when they kept asking for more. That alone is desperate and annoying because now my bank account overdrawn and I'm self employed so I make my money by commission pieces. But I really needed this back and foot massage because I wasn't able to focus on my work. Sometimes people just can't give tips like they did before covid and I don't think they understand that and still ask. I really liked Lisa and the space but I'm going to have to look for another place because I don't like people stealing my money (and yes that's stealing). If I can give this place a rating of 0 stars I would. read more

Got an hour massage and it was amazing! They include hot stones (my first time trying those), head massage and stretch you out for a little at the end. It was different than the usual hour massage at other spas and they have good prices. I told my masseuse to go a little lighter than the deep tissue since I don't get massages often and it was perfect. Definitely would go back again! read more

Getting ready to go on vacation so I am stopping by for a 1 hour plus 15 minute foot massage. This place is so awesome. I have been to many places for massages and this place is by far the best. The place is clean, very important, and very light and airy. It is a very small place, but it is not claustrophobic at all. Super friendly staff and even better hands!!!! read more

The people who welcomed me were so nice and friendly! Very professional and the place is very welcoming. A small one but very clean and fresh. The Masseuse named Anye (I don't know if I spelled it right), did a great job, I had an aching knee and I felt so relieved. The massage was so perfect for my tired and aching body. Two thumbs up and five red star for this new found place! Will keep coming back and I'll spread the word to my friends!!! read more

Excellent service. Very clean. Good massage and friendly. Im going back next week..much better place than others in town

I booked for Sunday 9pm with female masseuse for 1 hr body massage. She initiated my massage, and I was feeling relaxed so I placed my headphones on. It was not until the end, when I had to turn over for scalp massage then realized they swapped my masseuse, and it was a male!!! Seriously, I felt so violated. How rude and wrong of them to not interrupt and let me know if my female masseuse had to leave. Then WHY THE FUCKING HELL DID YOU BOOK MY APPOINTMENT??? I wanted to call the police on this place. 201 Healthy Spa you've been warned!! read more

My second time here. Place was again was super clean, sheets smelled great. Nice spa music playing in the background. I did 1 hour body again with a different person because I like to give people a chance. I was disappointed. I didn't catch the woman's name but i think they switched during my flip (I just called to confirm and her name is "Lina"). First I'll start off by saying that she had awesome pressure, super strong hands. However, her techniques were not great. She was also extremely fast and rough with her movements to the point where it was not enjoyable. She knew exactly where to press to alleviate my tight spots but the way she went about it was terrible. It felt OK because I have a lot of tight knots but at one point she was like on my spine which was painful. I'm an esthetician, so I know how important touch is. She had the worst touch, ever. She seemed like she hated her job which ruined it for me. I will definitely be back just not with her. She was very inconsistent with she did on each side of the body/arm/foot/shoulder. For example she would also use her palm on one side of my leg and thumb on the other in super fast movements causing pain on one leg but not the other. She also had wedges on that she kept taking on and off which was very very loud and distracting. She bounced around a lot from my arm to my butt to my head etc. It was not pleasurable. I will definitely be back but with Tony. read more
