Extremely rude staff - a man who called me big (fat) randomly when I did not know him. He hangs around the front desk and dress as a masseur/not a manager but does not tell you he is collecting the fee. He just stares at you and shouts eventually (whoa) when you are taking a moment to get cash out from the ATM. I have never seen anyone this ABSURD in my entire life. The store also does not really have walls and tells you to shut up the you just say a couple of words/sentences to your masseuse - huh, never been to a massage place like that either - people go to massage for relaxation as well as PRIVACY. You cannot tell people to SHUT UP when they are your customer. You are responsible to actually build up some ACTUAL walls in your store rater than putting cupboards. ALSO PLEASE DO NOT CHASE CUSTOMERS OUT after they finished a massage - again, please understand you are responsible to schedule your appointments apart and get more rooms if needed. Manage your capacity and respect your clients. Oh yeah, also forgot to mention I confirmed on the phone TWICE that I need the couples massage room but when I got there it was taken - yeah, because profit driven horrible people - at least have the decency to call me that you are prioritizing profits and I won't have a couples room BEFORE I COME instead of ambushing me when I get there. Great place for a really cheap massage!!!!!! Came here on a Tuesday afternoon around 1PM. The place was empty and dark - I almost thought they weren't open. There were no customers and only one employee, a woman who didn't speak much English. I pointed to what I wanted on the brochure and she took me to a room. They play very calm music, and the place doesn't keep the lights on. I opted for the one hour body massage but I definitely feel like she worked on me for at least an hour and a half. She used hot stones as well and overall really worked on my knots. She applied the perfect (???) amount of pressure. This place was super clean as well - since I think it's new. She did leave several times to pick up the phone, but I think she really was the only person who was working there so it couldn't be helped. If you pay with card, there's an additional $2 charge. However, the pricing here is already so low that I didn't feel any issue with that. With tax and tip and the $2 charge, I ended up paying $52, which I thought was a great deal!! read more

Positives: very clean. Nice atmosphere. Nice staff. Negatives: I'm not sure if the woman who did my massage was professionally trained. She was nice but the massage was mediocre. Her technique needs work. First of all, they touch you over the towel for like 10-15 minutes at the start and end of your massage. In my opinion it's a waste of time and doesn't feel good. They should remove that part of the massage. Whatever hot stone tool they use for 2-3 minutes during the massage feels very good and the whole massage should be that in my opinion. The woman did a pretty good job at the foot reflexology. It's was better than the back massage. She tried though. Last critique is that they seemed to have limited staff so the woman would stop massaging me to handle the door if new people came in. Kind of distracting. read more

Great Asian massage place. It's clean, friendly and good technique for both shiatsu and swedish. Manager is caring and will accommodate your request for certain area focus. I love foot massage but not every spa the same. I went to M&L last week for the first time and found that it was excellent. The environment is clean and quiet. Most important is the therapist Carla was very good. I personally like it soft but with the right pressure points. Most therapists were not very experienced so they did it either too hard or too rough or just too soft. Carla did it just right and I can tell that he is a well experienced therapist with great skill. read more

This massage shop is so very clean and has almost brand new beds, furniture towels & blankets. And always smells very nice & clean inside. The staff is so friendly and pleasant. Amy & Jenny both work there. They both can do great foot & bodywork massages. Free parking in the back of shop. They always give small water bottle at the end of my session, which is really nice touch. Prices are great as well. $30/hour for foot massage. $40/hour, $55/90mins & $70/120mins for body work massage. Prices really great for their very professional services. By chance on this rainy day I stopped to make an appointment. Thankfully, I was greeted with a smile and was able to have a foot massage right away. So relaxing and after only thirty minutes decided to combine with a one hour body-work massage. Best decision of the week! The massage therapist is very knowledgeable in the art of massage/reflexology and used just the right amount of pressure, asking if the pressure was OK. At the end of the session I felt like a million$$$ at the price of just $55!!! Super clean and professional environment with soft and relaxing background music. I am so picky with my massage places but this was a last minute end of the semester gift to myself and it didn't disappoint. The people here are so nice and accommodating. The place is also super clean. They even offered water bottles for me after the massage. It is also a plus that they have spots behind the building for parking!! I just recently moved to NJ, and found this place shortly after my move. I like this place so much I go 2 times a week (sometimes more) for a foot massage (sometimes full body). All of the employees are great. I always felt very welcome. I typically just walk in without an appointment, and they always accommodate me. They all give wonderful foot massages, I have not had a bad massage from here. They treat me like a VIP client everytime I go. One of the reviews stated no one spoke English, but I never found an issue communicating. They speak enough English, and if they don't understand they use google translate. I think they are great, and I do highly recommend this place. read more
