I still love comfeet spa, but a few pointers. The 30min body+30min feet was not great. the reason being is because it was basically 50 mins full body and 10 mins feet. i have done the full 1 hour for feet and loved it. i dont like the shorteneded version. they do the full body in the private room, then immediately do the feet. i liked the full 1 hour foot because they wash your feet and the position of the chair to therapist creates a better position verses on the table in the room. That being said, i think this is my 3rd full body here and i will not return for more. simply, everyone is too rough for me. seems to be a bit of a language barrier here which makes it difficult to make requests, and the therapists put way too much pressure on the spine. im not a professional, but massaging the spine and putting pressure on it doesnt seem correct to me. i dont like how they dont ask you what kind of massage you want here. my last one had alot of thai influence and deep tissue. i cant handle deep tissue - all 3 times i have been sore and bruised after. they do not ask you any questions before arriving or when you arrive what youd like. however, i love the foot massages here and the pricing. i will gladly return for those. if you like rough and deep tissue, this place is for you. but its not customizable at all. read more

It's clean and relaxingly lit. -The massage therapist was attentive to the spots I wanted her to focus on. -They also use hot rocks which feels amazing. -The price is affordable as well. Cons: -The type of massage is a bit rough for me. I know some people really like that. They like to really dig into the muscles. But personally it's not my preference. -Also, they have a sign saying what should tip your massage therapist. I've never seen such a thing before. They say $10 for a foot massage and $15 for full body. While the total amount is not unreasonable, I find it a bit strange to have it dictated. While I probably wouldn't be a repeat customer because it isn't my preferred style of massage, it's a nice place overall. If you're into deep pressure then you'll probably enjoy it. read more

I received a gift card here for my birthday last year. I've returned a handful of times. I was hesitant booking a massage during the pandemic. But to my surprise- it was spotless and the staff was very precautious. As soon as you walk in, staff takes your temperature, sprays the bottom of your shoes with alcohol and asks you to use the hand sanitizer. Usually for a 60 min massage, the masseuse will massage you for 30 min back and 30 min front. Due to COVID, you are being massaged the entire time on your back. So I've come here a total of 9 times. I only know this because I'm adding up the massages to get the 10th for free. Today, the hostess tells me that I won't get the full hour because one of the nine massages I did were only 30 minutes. Because of this I'm only entitled to get a free 30 minute massage. This place is good because of its prices. However, I've come to realize that the reason their prices are cheaper than usual is probably because they're not licensed therapists who can actually assist one with back pain. In fact it's hard to communicate with them because the therapists don't speak English. So if you want a specific area to be worked on, try figuring that out using your hands. Another downside is the lack of parking. This spot is located in residential area, and there are not many spots open. They will tell you to park across the street in the fire department's lot, but somebody will most likely come out and tell you not to park. read more

Went for a 1 hour foot massage and cannot say enough good things about my experience. I was hesitant to do a full hour on only feet but the price difference between 30 minutes and an hour was small so I went for it. So glad I did. The lady did an excellent job. I have ticklish feet but really was not bothered much as she realized this quickly. They make you comfortable in a reclining chair, blanket and hot tea. They clean your feet to start and massage the feet and legs. I will definitely be back. My boyfriend frequents here and also loves the back massages. I plan to try that next. Love this place! I found this place by accident during a failed attempt at another day spa. I was with my BF who never had reflexology before and we decided to try this local spot. The first time we went, prior to Covid, we got the combination massage, which is body/foot reflexology, for an unbeatable price of $45. They start you off in a clean private room, with single beds, and worked every part of your body. They used hot stones and hot towels at the end to wipe off all the massage oil. Then they transferred us to the communal area, where they soak your feet in warm water and completed the reflexology. Now, the Covid experience was a bit different but still great massage for the value. They are super cautious from the moment you enter through the door. Temp check, hand sanitizer, and they even sanitize your shoes. The whole massage is completed in the private room, including the reflexology, skipping the foot soak. I felt they took the appropriate precautions and appreciated the extra care. Already told all my friends about how amazing this little spot is, will come back the next time I'm in town. read more

I would not recommend you come here if you want to get rid of back pain. I would only recommend this place if you'd like to treat yourself to a relaxing massage. It's clear the masseuses aren't exactly well trained to help you get rid of knots or help too much with your trouble areas. The lady definitely had a routine and she just followed it. She did a relatively good job, it was just a bit annoying that she kept sighing every so often... Also another downside is that each room is divided up with walls that don't go all the way up to the ceiling. There's a huge gap between the wall divider and ceiling so you can hear a lot of noises from the lobby (mainly the reception lady on the phone) and the people next door. I went to Comfeet Spa this evening. A big pro was that they were able to accommodate two people coming in on a Friday night at 8:30 PM. I was very excited since my neck and back have been achy. The ambiance is similar to that of any foot massage place in the area, many lounge chairs for foot rubs, a few private rooms etc. They had tea and water which was nice considering most establishments like this don't have any extras. The women at the desk was very pleasant and everyone was nice. The actual massage was simply not good. We opted for the 30 minute back and 30 minute foot massage for 40$, not bad right? Well, not so fast. I won't exactly call this a 'massage' both services were more like a rub down with oil. I specifically asked the masseuse to use deeper pressure and showed where my problem areas were, but I suppose it went on deaf ears. It was clear I had knots in my neck and he just went right over them. I appreciate a masseuse who doesn't let you leave before a knot is gone, or one that even focuses on them at all. The back rub was useless, and foot rub didn't feel much better. I genuinely feel like I wasted my money. I left feeling no relief at all which was pretty disappointing. My S/O had the same feelings regarding the experience. P.S. While they accept debit and credit cards It is an extra fee to use them and you can not tip on the card.
