The technician came to the door and unlocked. I had a lash lift and tint. During the process the technician left to go do other things because I could hear working. I was happy with the results but a few hours later I have an obvious eye infection with discharge. I have never had an issue as this was my fourth visit. Please let me know who to contact as this process is now ruined and I want a refund.

Fifteen minutes before my massage was even finished, the reflexology therapist barged in, interrupting my masseuse, and started rubbing my feet with one hand while playing games and texting with the other. My masseuse didn't say a word. After the massage therapist left, this woman -- who had a terrible attitude -- continued her so-called "reflexology" the same way: one-handed, distracted, and clearly uninterested. I'm not a confrontational person, but she honestly intimidated me. In hindsight, I should have spoken up. I will never go back. I can only hope she's no longer there, because I doubt I'm the first person to complain.

Why sell your services to Groupon and then treat your Groupon customers like second class citizens!? If the service was good, she would have earned a repeat customer. Esthetician kept encouraging me to leave and get my money back from Groupon! Then refused the service. De Beauté salon is easily one of the largest salons I've visited, taking up an entire multi-story building. Parking is easy with an adjoining lot and the first floor essentially functions as a receiving lobby. Here, receptionists will check you in, tell you which floor you're heading toward, and hand you a slip of paper that details the service you're receiving (to give to your service provider). I was paired with Antoine for the Brazilian blowout, and I wish I'd taken before/after pictures because wow, what a change. I'd arrived with frizzy hair that was approximating a Brillo-pad texture and frizz (thanks to a bleach job I'd recently gotten done), but after a short hour and a half in the chair, my tresses had been tamed to a silky smoothness that I hadn't felt on my head for some time. I've since washed my hair a few times, and I'm happy to report that this keratin treatment has staying power. For those sensitive to strong chemicals, note that the formula they use contains formaldehyde. I appreciated that they set up the chair by two strong fans and an open door, but my eyes still watered a bit here and there.
