She was awesome and was apologetic that I was sick. She did an extensive diagnosis and explained our plan of action. She expedited tests, got my results and sent in prescriptions. I appreciate all Micah did and want to say the entire office team is always friendly and helpful and I recommend them for anyone needing a doctor.

However, I ran into a major issue recently that left me feeling extremely disappointed and unheard. I was told that I could not receive even a single additional month of medication unless I physically came in for another appointment, despite informing them that I'm in the process of establishing a new PCP. It seems completely unreasonable that, after explaining this, they would refuse to offer any flexibility or assist in a timely manner. What really upset me was the lack of empathy or understanding. It felt like the company's policy mattered more than the actual well-being of their patients. I've been a loyal customer for a while, and a little flexibility in this situation would have gone a long way in maintaining my trust and continued business. In an age where patient care should be the priority, this experience was both frustrating and disappointing. I understand the importance of following procedures, but when it comes to patient health, especially in transitionary periods like this, a bit of compassion and common sense should be part of the equation. I really hope they rethink this policy moving forward, because their current approach certainly leaves much to be desired.

I went to see Dr. Dalton to continue ketamine for headaches in Lubbock as i just moved here from…read moreSpring TX and needed somewhere to continue them. He told me a number of things that just simply were not true in our initial appointment to establish care. He claimed he could cure my endometriosis with supplements and a vegan diet. Endometriosis cannot be "cured" like that. He also told me that he could cure my anxiety and depression with supplements. I'm sure supplements wouldn't hurt but it's not going to cure anything. He also told me that my covid shot gave me a 1,100 more percent chance of having a stroke and a 1,400 percent chance of developing cancer. He said that I would need to reverse the covid shot, and the anecdote was nicotine and that the government has been lying to us that nicotine isn't actually addictive. He also made a rude comment about my old self harm scars saying, and I quote, "oh you're a cutter huh". I understand doctors need to ask questions like that but the manner in which he asked it was very rude. He recommended me a book debunking things like 9/11, the covid vaccination, and the assassination of JFK. He recommended a podcast that was 2 and a half hours long debunking the covid vaccine and it's "myths". He also told me the flu shot was harming me. Maybe it's not really doing all we think it is, but it's definitely not harming me. He also went on a rant about how estrogen is in everything and it's affecting everyone immensely. He said, quote, "if you want to give a man titties then just have him drink a glass of milk a day". Now, I don't deny things we use everyday have estrogen in them but not that much. All in all, I went to get my headache treated with ketamine, the only thing that's worked for my headaches, and he spewed a bunch of nonsense the whole appointment, and fully expects me, a 19 year old girl to go on nicotine, for years. Dr. Dalton is not a doctor he's a full time conspiracy theorist.
