Hip will not support my weight, and I have lost 30lbs since the surgery. If I roll over on my left side, while sleeping, I get excruciating bolts of pain from the joint. Today I called and the receptionist cut me off, which she does every time you call her office. She told me I already took care of this, idk why you need to call again. The nurse reaches out to me and says it's my fault I didn't know I needed an appointment to get a refill. The refused to refill my anxiety medication until I started to cry and told her what danger that can put me in. I was told I'm not considered a patient because i haven't been seen in the last year.
