Today I called and the receptionist cut me off, which she does every time you call her office. She told me I already took care of this, idk why you need to call again. The nurse reaches out to me and says it's my fault I didn't know I needed an appointment to get a refill. The refused to refill my anxiety medication until I started to cry and told her what danger that can put me in. I was told I'm not considered a patient because i haven't been seen in the last year. This doctor and her staff do not put their patients first. I would stay clear if you have a real condition. They only care about your money!!!'

He takes time with his patients and genuinely cares. I was very sad when he decided to relocate away from Lubbock, we lost a fantastic physician. I have yet to find another pain specialist doctor as laid back and relaxed as Dr Hagstrom, he always made me feel comfortable and safe even on my most anxious of days, right before having a surgical intervention procedure. Dr David Hagstrom has decacades of experience and his knowledgable, approachable personality will definitely be missed in the Lubbock region, I do recommend him as a pain management specialist.

As far as I am concerned Hagstrom and the entire staff are QUACKS and do not go see this guy or the people in Amarillo they are bad and will not listen to your concerns. They want you addicted so they can they keep you coming for the money. They do this and that to keep you coming in. They pray before each procedure but I am not sure who they are praying to. It's not Jesus it's some other name I have never heard of. I am a Christian and do not pray to anyone except Jesus and our God.

Hip will not support my weight, and I have lost 30lbs since the surgery. If I roll over on my left side, while sleeping, I get excruciating bolts of pain from the joint. Constant pain from knee to joint. Can run or walk briskly ... It's miserable. I followed all the post op instructions and was diligent with physical therapy All the Dr. had to say was that the surgery went well. When other doctors…read morewere saying that my condition was Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and recommending surgery for that, Dr Colvin didn't think that was the correct diagnosis and sent me for other imaging. What we found was a spinal condition that required surgery on my neck and my lower back. Unlike most spinal institutions who immediately want to give steroid injections he invests the time necessary to get to the root of the proble.
