It seems completely unreasonable that, after explaining this, they would refuse to offer any flexibility or assist in a timely manner. What really upset me was the lack of empathy or understanding. It felt like the company's policy mattered more than the actual well-being of their patients. I've been a loyal customer for a while, and a little flexibility in this situation would have gone a long way in maintaining my trust and continued business. In an age where patient care should be the priority, this experience was both frustrating and disappointing.
