I made an appointment at 9:30am, arrived on time. However, I was disregarded as another person was called in at 9:35am. I was left in the lobby waiting and she never responded to my messages. In fact, you referred me to Jitka. -------------- In summary, she is sweet but I can't recommend. My outcome was a scar, painful procedures, lack of record keeping over time, and lack of transparency on price/procedures prior to a procedure. This review was long overdue. I've had this drafted for a while now and finally hit send. I felt bad writing it but I do feel its fair. This is just my experience. She is super nice and sweet, but she left a scar about 3/4" long, 1/4" wide along my left eye because she aggressively dermabladed, and in my 1st session with her. I made the appointment for a peel to help my melasma. I can't express how depressing it feels to walk away with more marks on my face. She tried to fix and I purchased a few fading creams from her, but it's still there. Spent about $400 across multiple sessions. I was also disappointed to see the fading cream she sold me is available on Amazon and not something from a dermatologist, prescription level type product, which I was under thebimpression she could get based on being located in a medical office area. The other product was from Sephora. I made appointments for glycolic acid peels, but she kept doing other peels, a more expensive PCA peel. peel In one session she did extractions prior to a peel. I didn't ask her to do it but she said it would give a better peel outcome, so I appreciate it but didn't realize there would be pain until after she had started it. At the point that I was flinching she said said she normally uses numbing cream but didn't have time...:( She didn't keep great records of peels and procedures completed. Wouldn't go back for brazilian waxing. Ive been getting waxed for about 10 years but stopped during the pandemic. The results were good but her job was very painful, she plucked a lot of hairs in very sensitive places, no comfort or warning or instruction at all. She was busy watching a movie on tv. She used soft wax for about 60% of it and hard wax for the rest. I went back to my old school spot and it was 100x better. read more

I wanted to give this place a good review but after my second time service it's a no for me. I had bought a voucher through Groupon and had two. One for myself and one for my Husband. I had gone to her for a level two chemical peel first time and wanted the same service. When I had done my first appt she did recommend to wait some time for my next so I did that. As I told her I had two I waited to book my next. Now this voucher is expiring in September and I've been trying to book my appt. I called her office a few times no answer. I then sent a txt to her personal number . No answer. She thought she replied back when I finally heard from her back. She went to mention she can only do the Groupon service once a year.
