She gave me helpful tips for how to treat/prevent in-growns and discoloration. The receptionist was warm welcoming, I was waiting for a while and overheard a few calls she does her job great. My waxer was not friendly, i'm not sure if I caught her on a bad day, but she did not want to be there with me this morning (I understand that everyone has hard days however you can't come off as rude in a professional setting). She was rolling her eyes at me! I didn't speak to her more than a hello and I asked her to repeat herself one time when she was giving me instructions, I came in with a smile! And on top of it, she gave me an asymmetrical triangle, I like to leave hair on top, there was way too much taken off. It looks silly! I showed her with my fingers where I want the perimeter to be. It's so bad I need to go home and shave it off. I left a picture for reference what the triangle looks like. I'm trying to make light of a bad situation. Also, there's a 5 minute grace period where if you're late, you may lose your appointment or part of it. There's a variety of services offered from skincare to what they're known for, hair removal via sugaring. All staff are trained and certified for all services they provide and are the sweetest.
