I spoke with Brandi prior to my 1st appointment. I explained that as a chemo patient that sanitation, safety, being fully vaccinated, masks, and a private area were essential. She assured me that she could comply with all. She was very nice & understanding. At my appointment I waited until she retrieved me and I was indeed escorted to a private room and never came in contact with anyone else. Another issue I have is that I'm disabled and unable to raise my arm to pull skin tight for her. That wasn't required as she handled it herself. My brows now look fabulous & I felt very safe.
