Surprisingly, they did. The lady on the phone asked for quite a bit of information and penciled me. When I arrived, I was greeted by a woman. She had a spunky sense of humor and was friendly and courteous. Her massage was really good, much better than some other ones I've had recently. I had a Swedish massage. She did a great job and it was well worth the price. They do charge tax, and of course, you should tip your masseuse. I would recommend this place. In the past I've had trouble booking a slot, so don't expect to walk in and get lucky like I did. Call well in advance to book an appointment and it will be worth it. I also noticed facial equipment and other services, so they offer more than just massages. Overall, a good place.

My deep tissue massage was amazing, and their bathroom has a sauna and shower, which made the experience even better. I'm coming back for a body scrub for sure. Nails were the only disappointment. There was no rush, no attempt to sell me more than what I need and she explained everything about my face and what she was doing clearly. I didnt need a full facial but she did like 5 different treatments to my face and my pimples and only charged me for one thing. I feel comfortable with having her in charge of my face without mistakes and not feeling taken advantage of. Which I have known to be very rear. I asked her about some scars I would like to remove and she honestly said to come back in the time of the year when I am least in the sun. I felt that she was looking out for my skins best interest and not her wallet. Place was a little difficult to find as there are multiple entrances with that address and it had a construction scaffolding covering the building which was not her fault.

I'll absolutely take responsibility for not canceling ahead of time, that part is on me. What bothered me was how it was handled afterward. The confirmation text I received after the scheduled appointment was written in very casual slang, which felt unprofessional for a spa. Then when I explained that I had a medical emergency, the response I got was dismissive and snappy rather than compassionate. I understand policies and no shows, but tone and professionalism matter. Especially in a business centered around care and client experience. It just left a bad first impression, which is disappointing because I was genuinely excited about coming in.

The spa has been in business for over 30 years, and that experience shines through in everything they do. The aestheticians and masseuses are incredibly experienced and professional. A huge shoutout to Vivian, Ting Ting, Cindy, Lily, Lisa, Lulu, and AYing--they are all fantastic! The staff is consistently warm and friendly, and the facility is always immaculate. If you carry tension, their full-body massage is heavenly. The masseuses have masterful strong hands and an intuitive ability to pick up on my trouble spots without me even having to mention them. They get deep into the tissues to ease every knot with perfect pressure. I've brought many friends and family members here for massages and facials over the years, and every single person has loved their experience One thing I love about Jing's is that they continually invest in new machines and products to bring the best technology to their patrons. Even though I have very sensitive skin, I have never had a problem with any of the products they use. I've tried their entire facial menu, and each one is fantastic. The M22IPL M22 IPL is a game-changer for sun damage! It works almost instantly to erase those summer sun dark spots. The BDR is my personal favorite. I feel so relaxed and pampered, and I always leave with my skin refreshed and glowing. The Aquafacial, Biboting, & Special Facials are all excellent and tailored to your specific needs. Pro tips: Definitely call in advance to make an appointment, as they stay busy! For extra special treat, I highly recommend enjoying a massage first to loosen up, followed by your favorite facial. Add on a head therapy at the end for the ultimate self-care experience. You will walk out feeling like a new person! This review is based on a laser hair removal treatment I received several years ago. Looking back,…read moreI realize how poorly I was treated by one staff member. For clarity, review is not about Jessica. I originally tried to book with her, but my appointment was instead handled by an older Korean woman who appears to be the owner. This owner kept pushing my boundaries and overtime, her behavior became passive-aggressive and unprofessional. For example, I felt pressured to purchase a Brazilian laser hair removal package and when I declined, she made a comment along the lines of "people would find it ugly if you didn't," which I found completely inappropriate. On another occasion, she brought in another customer or acquaintance during my appointment. I overheard the person ask (in Korean) why she was working on a Saturday, to which she responded "because of this girl," as though I were an inconvenience forcing her to be there. This made me uncomfortable and felt very unprofessional. Just because I prefer speaking in English doesn't mean I understand what you're saying! At the time I didn't speak up, partly because she was older and appeared to be the owner of the business. But looking back, I regret not addressing it sooner. I also noticed another reviewer described a very similar negative experience, so this clearly wasn't a one-off situation. Again, this review is not about Jessica. However, if you're a first-time Korean-American customer like me and you're given the option to book with the older Korean woman, I honestly wouldn't recommend setting up the appointment at all. It's not worth it.

For the record, I have not been asked, pressured, or bribed to update my review, I just feel it's fair to share how my experience has changed. Since then, I've been to several other facial places and estheticians, and none have compared to the quality of facials I've had at Sandra. It is undeniable that every esthetician on this team (including the one I had the negative experience with) is exceptional at giving facials. And, overtime, the positive experiences have accumulated and outweighed the negative one. Recently, I had a skin analysis with Sandra herself. She was detailed, patient, and answered every single one of my (many) questions. The products she recommended have genuinely transformed my skin -- I trust her recommendations and trust her with my skin (huge deal for me!) and am planning on doing some more intense treatments with her. Shoutout to the entire team for also remaining professional and kind to me, even though everyone clearly knows Im the one who wrote the controversial review.
