I had purchased the one year insurance plan on them for an additional amount of money just in case something like this had ever happened. These earrings were not cheap at all mind you. When my girlfriend took them over to the mall she was approached by a young girl named Ruth who was the "assistant manager". When my girlfriend presented the receipt and the earrings the woman immediately copped an attitude and stated that the number on the receipt did not match the earrings even though that was the receipt that was given to us by a pagoda employee upon purchasing. Ruth continued to cause a scene in front of about five other potential customers stating that those earrings could be from anywhere and refused to look at other stores or online to double check on what caused this problem. Ruth then followed my girlfriend down the mall to the other location to stop that employee from assisting her. After getting treated like this especially in front of other people was very embarrassing for her. My girlfriend and I have spent over $1000 there since February and can honestly say that this one terrible experience will keep us away indefinitely. The fact that this incredibly unprofessional young girl (Ruth) was put in some sort of managerial position who speaks to customers in this way is appalling and quite embarrassing for whoever hired her. When I made the conscious decision to pierce my nose more than 4 years ago, I thought it would be a…read morepiece of cake to change my nose rings once my piercing healed. Here we are 4+ years later and taking out nose jewelry feels like an operation itself. I've been coming to Sam to get my occasional change for as long as I've had my nose pierced and he's always been very professional. Never had an issue with my piercing since coming here. By no means is he gentle but he is efficient and he knows what he's doing. I don't really know other places that will change your piercing for you but this has been my go-to because it's always easy and his prices are reasonable. I will say that the operating hours are tricky because I have stopped by on several occasions during their open hours where they're not opened yet or are on break, but it's not the biggest issue. He's either very busy or things are slow and there's no telling sometimes.

And of course her work, I am so fortunate to have gotten my first tattoo with her. She offers breaks (thankfully I didn't need one lol) and talks you through the design and placement. She is very patient - makes sure it is exactly where/how you want the tattoo. She also gives good aftercare information. As someone who is very squeamish, her work is so good and she is calming so I got two done in one session! It is so worth it making an appointment with Michelle for your tattoos. I know I will keep getting mine done by her.
