When I followed up for the refund, the owner refused and instead called me an "irresponsible parent." The deposit was kept despite the shop acknowledging the error. Very disappointing experience and extremely unprofessional communication.

Danny is by far the best tattoo artist I've ever worked with!!  He made the whole experience fun…read moreand comfortable, which is just an added plus to his beautiful work.  I contacted Danny to get a tattoo I had been wanting for a while, but it had a special meaning to me.  He was so respectful and kind during our consult and his excitement for the project just made me even more excited than I already was. All my sessions felt like I was just hanging out with a friend, laughing and chatting.   The result of my half sleeve was breathtaking!!  He even gave me a fun aftercare kit.  It has a special salve that goes on so smooth and perfect for those initial painful healing days.  A bunch of cool stickers, and samples of Aquaphor and alcohol wipes, which are perfect on the go or in a pinch.  One of my faves is the pen in the kit.  I'm just a dork for promotional pens, but this one was really nice and had a purpose.  The back of the package has a fun checklist to go through.  Some of which include a newsletter to sign up for, money towards your next tattoo if you leave a great review, and much more.  All in all, Pure Ink is amazing.  The staff is always friendly and the facility is always clean.  I will definitely be returning and have already started planning my next tattoo with Danny.  He is AMAZING and worth every penny.  Don't do what I did and cheap out on a tattoo.  I had to get 2 cover-ups and it was still hideous, but then Danny fixed it for me and you would never know it was a cover-up.   It just looks like beautiful art. She continuously checked if I was doing ok and would explain the steps as she was piercing. Piercing was as painless as possible and did not feel like a rushed piercing at all. I've been to places that rush to get you in and out with piercings so this was a pleasant change. Pricing was reasonable and wait time wasn't too long. They do have their prices on their website if you're looking at how much a specific piercing is. Was able to call and get an appointment within the same day. Patrons are required to wear masks, there is hand sanitizer clearly available, seats are wiped down in between sessions, and social distancing is practiced. So if safety is a concern from you, I think you will feel pretty safe here. I got my ears pierced and my best friend got a tattoo. I was scared to get my third piercing but Mike hit me with a motivational quote that changed my mind! "Pain is temporary" -- loved that but also, so true right?!
