This is the most unprofessional and careless company I have ever come across. I have had at least 8…read moresessions between two different locations that have shown the same unprofessionalism, carelessness, and disorganization. Not only has every appointment of mine been delayed but my appointments have also been rescheduled with no clear communication or awareness beforehand. With that, scheduling is IMPOSSIBLE with this company. They have limited times and limited staffing. Anytime I would have to reschedule my appointment, they would not have any other times or day, for weeks at a time. When they said they would call me if anything opened up, they would call with an appointment either same day or next day, in the middle of a work week. Besides the unprofessionalism and disorganization, this company also does not care about the clients, only money and numbers. Specifically, my last laser appointment was extremely traumatic because of this. Not only was my appointment delayed with no communication beforehand, but once I was in the treatment room, the providing technician started treatment with no explanation on laser setting, the cooling setting or preferential starting treatment area. She simply started treating my sensitive areas, very quickly with no warning and no stopping! It was at this point that I was heavily flinching and starting to cry. Instead of going slower, she proceeded to say "if it is too painful, then maybe we need to stop and you reschedule for another day". No alternative, no compassion, no worries, or patience for what I was going through. Completely heartless and treated as a number in the appointments. They claim this laser treatment is painless but that could not be further from the truth! Pain is a spectrum but there is pain no doubt! Nowhere on their website do they talk about pain management options or how their cooling system works and that they can change the settings on the laser or cooler based on the experience and results. Furthermore, they claim that "Registered Nurses" are performing the treatment but I would like to see credentialing for that. I am a registered nurse and I would NEVER treat a client or patient the way I was treated at my most recent treatment. The carelessness, the lack of sympathy, and the rushed forcefulness to "catch up in the schedule" was completely and utterly a despicable and pathetic display for this company and the clients who receive therapy here. The fact that I have to pay for this service from these nurses and this company, disgusts me. Completely appalling experience.

I originally had no issues with my nose. Due to some breathing discomfort between my throat and…read moretrachea, I went to see Dr. Furst. The doctor asked me to get a CT scan of my nose and neck. After reviewing the scans, he told me that I had a deviated nasal septum that needed surgical correction, and that there was inflammation in my sinuses that needed to be cleared out. He also said he would enlarge the sinus openings to allow mucus to flow more easily. I told him that I didn't feel any discomfort in my nose, so why was surgery necessary? He said that generally, the nose, throat, and trachea are connected--if the nose is fixed, everything else would get better. He assured me that I would fully recover in two weeks, and I believed him, so I went ahead with the surgery. It's been almost two years since the surgery, and I am living in agony. There's a buildup of mucus in my nasopharynx that won't drain down, can't be cleared out, and I can't swallow it either. At night, the mucus flows back into my airway, making it hard to breathe and affecting my sleep. Sleep is so important for a person--poor sleep leads to countless problems. I used to be someone who could fall asleep the moment my head hit the pillow, but now, because of the postnasal drip, I wake up constantly throughout the night. I have tried everything I can, but the thick, sticky mucus keeps accumulating in my nasopharynx. Sometimes, my nasal turbinates swell up, making it even harder to breathe. On top of all this, I now get bacterial infections in my nose almost every month, and each infection makes me suffer for one or two weeks! If I could go back two years, I would slap myself a hundred times for listening to that doctor's advice and agreeing to the surgery. When I went back to see Dr. Furst after the surgery, he told me my nose was fine. So here's the truth: I had no problem with my nose, the doctor told me I had a problem and performed surgery, and now that I'm worse, he claims there's nothing wrong. This is an extremely irresponsible doctor. I'm truly living a life worse than death now. If one day I'm no longer around, it will be because of the surgery Dr. Furst performed. His surgery didn't help me--it ruined me! Dr. Furst, if you ever see this message and if you have even a shred of conscience left, please contact me and work with a more competent doctor to help me recover!

I had my first laser before had 8 sessions in Hawaii and their laser was extremely painful this was 2015 but the hair grew back super fast and maybe my hair growth cycle was different then. The laser at flawless is truly FLAWLESS! It's an amazing laser it's not painful and it gets the job done. When I first went there I didn't even need the full package but they told me to do it just to make sure I get the full results which I did! I think you need 9 session or 10 depending on your hair growth cycle and type. I was on birth control so I had way more hair growing and they told me it could be the hormones. Well it's still went away! I got touch ups here and there maybe 3 times every 1 year. Right now it's been a full year and I have not been to the clinic to get laser it's hardly any hair just a little at the top. Enough to only get one treatment for the whole year. I have also tried their laser facials but I will say do this during the winter I think I did mine during the summer with no sunscreen. Do this in the winter with sunscreen but my facial turned out really beautiful on me I would def do that again. It is a bit far from me but they have amazing service extremely professional.
