Such a great experience! They were incredibly accommodating with my schedule and made it so easy to get my appointment set up. The customer service was genuine, kind, and helpful from the very beginning. The owner is amazing and truly makes you feel valued as a customer. So happy to have a local Lorton business that genuinely cares about the people they serve. Highly recommend! read more

My recommendation would depend on the experience someone is seeking. A first timer may need more guidance on what to expect. But overall, it's a great spot for laser hair removal. Good customer service and quick procedure, in and out. read more

I REGRET choosing Cosmopolitan Contouring for microneedling services. First, the technician's unprofessionalism made me uncomfortable as she repeatedly referred to me as "Huns", please refer to your client by their name. Second, I was surprised to find out they didn't use numbing cream unless it's requested beforehand, making the procedure more painful. Additionally, the technical handed me a wet towel to wipe my face before starting the procedure, the use of a wet towelette for cleaning seemed insufficient, and the lack of instruction to wash my face beforehand was concerning. The technician's severely blemished skin raised doubts about her expertise, either she doesn't prioritize skincare or lack adequate experience in doing skincare procedures. Despite purchasing a 3-session package, I only completed one session due to skin damage. Instead of achieving a smoother complexion, I was left with visible needle imprints on my forehead for about 6 weeks (see pictures). This extended healing time was far from the typical 1-2 weeks, causing me to request a refund for the remaining sessions. I consulted few other spa in the area post treatment and they all advised that the imprints on my face was a result of incorrect application, NOT allergy because it only happened on my forehead and not the entire face. I communicated this to the business but their disregard to my comment is concerning as they are trying to cover up their business/reputation rather than taking constructive feedback and improve their business/procedures. I advise others to steer clear of this establishment for skincare services, as their lack of expertise may result in skin damage. They were pressuring me to stop by for a second time in person mostly to remove my yelp review which made me feel uncomfortable. read more

I had my 2nd CoolSculpting session approximately 8 weeks ago. The difference is being seen by everyone I know. Thanks cool sculpting. By the way I am having laser hair removal and that has been another great decision. read more

Disappointed, the laser hair removal yielded temporary results. I went through the pain of having my laser treatments to being told at the end I would require more sessions. My sister started her treatments out of state at the same time and has no hair. What a disappointment. read more

Biggest Scam ever don't recommend this at all, Gorav charged us thousands of dollars without our consent, we didn't have any service requested for our money back and he got mad, angry and threatened to SUE us! Stay away read more

While the office is very nice, I feel like I was very misled and spent so much money for nothing. Cool sculpting is approved by the FDA, but I'm not sure it should be. The side effects they disclose are minimized. I went on Facebook and joined a few groups and was horrified to see all the PAH. I experienced Bell's palsy following my second procedure. And it didn't work. No results. I wish they had some type of money back guarentee because there should be. I wasted so much money for something that did not work. Please do your research before doing this. read more

Good staff. Good service. Good value. They spend an hour and 15 minutes per applicator, unlike other places which spends only 45 minutes. I would recommend read more

This was my first visit using my one out of six laser treatments and my first experience was pleasant. Easy check in process and very informative. The laser tech explained everything thoroughly and I hope to see good results. I even purchased another six sessions as a gift for my sister. I was told they also run daily deals that are posted on instagram for established clients, I will be purchasing more as long I see good results. read more

I've waited until after four visits to review this spa to be absolutely sure I wasn't dreaming. I have received a chemical peel and laser hair removal from here. I am in love with the results and quality of services are just incredible. A bunch of miracle workers work here because every single staff member is, friendly, engaging and kind. They are extremely knowledgeable about the services they provide, assuage any concerns and answer all questions. Finally their safety precautions are through the roof including immediate temperature checks, mask on policy, deep sanitation of all equipment after each use and hand sanitizer in every room so in a post Covid world have no fear coming here. read more

Hands down the best place to get laser hair removal. I wasted two years and $4,000 at another place, with little results. I love this place. The people who work there are very kind and care how you feel. Thank you Groupon for introducing me to this place.

I had a wonderful experience today at cosmopolitan contouring. I felt welcomed and was very impressed with the staff and facility. I have been to other laser hair removal facilities in the past and I have to say this place had the best first impression. My appointment was with Hani and she's was very knowledgeable on the equipment and made sure I was was comfortable. She explained the procedure and asked me if I had any questions. I was not aware that they use a different machine than what I've used in the past and apparently it's top of the line and new so I'm excited to see the results. Highly recommend! read more

I really appreciated that they worked with me to get my services done even though I was considerably late since I got confused about my appointment time through no fault of theirs. They are kind and professional. Their laser is honestly not that painful. All three technicians I have worked with have been good. I started off with Groupon and they never made me feel bad about using it like some places do. Eventually I was happy with the service and upgraded to a full body package. Monique made me feel comfortable even as a plus size woman getting my whole body treated! read more

After researching 55 locations in the area advertised on Groupon for LHR, I chose this location and do not regret it. "Cosmo" Contouring offers an attractive deal on Groupon for laser hair removal: the spa-like location is clean and pleasant with relatively spacious rooms although the entire office is rather compact as a whole. The reception is tastefully decorated, and the owner is often at the desk demonstrating his personal relationship with various clients. The Groupon prices are some of the lowest in the area and they charge men and women equally (many locations charge men or refuse them as patients altogether for laser hair removal). It is near a train and bus station and has plentiful free parking, and the neighborhood has a nice bakery and some good restaurants for lunch after your treatment--Lasani Kebob (Halal Indian) has an all-you-can-eat buffet for $11.99 for weekday lunches. Even arriving from DC, it was a more convenient location by car or public transport than many closer locations in Fairfax or Alexandria. Whenever I had issues, the owner was receptive to accommodating my concerns. I recommend both Hani and Jennifer as laser technicians. The Candela Gentlemax laser is top of the line. There is a rather convoluted process to register prior to your appointment that includes an extensive patient survey and liability waiver. It is a rather convoluted scheme to determine your skin suitability, which even requires you to tally values to produce a cumulative score. Any waiver that requires math on your part could probably be improved. The owner told me that this process is mandated by Candela, the company that makes their laser. The laser is so good that it is worth the tedium, but the skin type score is also rather pointless as the technicians ask about your ethnic background regardless. While the information is saved from your first visit, the waiver has to be signed and resigned before every appointment. If you are booking through Groupon, you might want to call to make sure your account is properly processed. You should also double-check the treatment area is as extensive as you want. TL;DR Pros: Convenient location, pleasant atmosphere, equal pricing for men and women, top quality laser. Con: The laser manufacturer requires a lengthy patient survey, but it is worth the effort and comfort. read more
