I'm so happy I found them through Groupon. Every Thursday once per month, I would wake up, wash my face, and head to my laser treatment. At first, it was uncomfortable--it felt like having a rubber band snapped against my skin, over and over again--but within the first two or three sessions, I noticed results. First, my hair growth slowed, and then the hairs that came in got thinner and thinner. After each session the technicians scored my treatment and offered aloe and SPF creams. Eventually, I realized that my unwanted hairs had completely stopped growing, save for a few wisps, and I stopped going. It's been about a year, and I'm still mostly hair-free, though I do have to do a few touch-up sessions scheduled for this year when I noticed darker strands starting to pop up again. BTW- Im a former Cultura customer in Bethesda but it's far, parking sucks and their treatments are above market. You should defiantly try this location. The one thing about laser hair removal is the yearly upkeep (usually just once or twice). I did not expect to have such spectacular service. I'm now a loyal fan. Coraly is the one that I have seen two times so far. She is incredibly meticulous and gentle . I had many questions and she answered them in a clear, concise and informative manner. The only negative that I can think of is that they are closed during 3 days of the week and have an odd schedule (downside if you need an appointment ASAP). Make sure to call and leave a voicemail. When I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door. Everything was explained to me from the paperwork to how to care for my skin afterwards. The master esthetician was especially knowledgeable and very professional. The office was clean and the staff had excellent sanitation practices. I normally don't write reviews, but I have to share my awesome experience at Laser Infinite. The staff is very friendly and the office is very clean and inviting. The technician answered every question that I had when I arrived for consultation(I had plenty of them since this was my first laser treatment). We began the treatment immediately after. She is super nice and talked me through the entire procedure as we went along. She is also pretty fast, but very thorough. I have only completed two of the six treatments that I paid for, and I am already noticing major results. Ingrown hairs have disappeared and a some of the hairs fell out completely after the second treatment. I will write an update once my treatment is finished. I strongly recommend using a Groupon deal to pay for services. If you're a little hesitant or want to see how your skin reacts first, you can purchase the Groupon in the shop after your consultation and initial treatment. I did have red bumps on my skin immediately following the treatment. They were gone by the next morning, so you may want to consider scheduling treatments on your day off if your skin reacts like mine did. Also, be advised that the laser does hurt a little bit. It feels like a rubber band snap or a tiny pinch on your skin, but it is bearable and only lasts for a fraction of a second. read more

She had previously worked in another Med Spa but has opened her own business so I decided to check her out. I booked an appointment and was mentally preparing myself for the ordeal. Upon entering, I was warmly greeted and ushered in right away for a consultation. I have very sensitive skin so I asked to see how my skin would react to the laser hair treatment. So before doing my whole calf, they did a little test square on my leg. Coraly was super friendly and talked me through each step to assure me that my leg was not melting or anything. After waiting 5-10 minutes, my legs were a little red but other than that I was feeling fine. After everything was done, It wasn't as bad as I was expecting! Though the location was about a 35 minute drive, the price made it worth it. The experience at the shop was great. The technician Coraly has many years of experience and is extremely thorough in your consultation before she starts treatment. For the areas that were more sensitive, she lowered the power to a point where I was comfortable. She made me feel at ease through the entire procedure. I wasn't expecting to see any results after just one time (I bought a 6-session pack) but to my surprise I already see less hair and slower regrowth. It's great that they offer their Groupon price onsite. Staff are very nice and easy to make appointments with. I love how they are open later, no need to worry about work and making appointments. They provide appointment cards and also make reminder phone calls the day before -- which is great, sometimes I forget to put the appointment in my calendar or lose the appointment cards. During my first session Nadeen was my technician, she was nice, talkative and trying to have a conversation going to keep your mind off the laser zapping going around. My second session I ended up with Coraly, which I liked a lot so every time I schedule my appointments I request for her. Amazing staff and service! I'm currently getting laser hair removal treatments for my full face here and couldn't be happier! On my first appointment I was real nervous. I asked a million questions and Ena answered every single one of them and was so professional. She made me feel 100 times better. The laser is not bad at all! If you're thinking about getting it, do it! The prices are reasonable, full my full face (sideburns, chin, upper lip, cheeks) six sessions is $390. You'll need a few sessions for it to work really but it didn't hurt as bad as I expect if not at all. You can do a consult appointment first if you don't feel ready to do it yet. read more

I bought a Groupon in September for 6 medium area laser hair removal and used them on my under arms. After the first treatment I noticed some changes and was very happy. But after the last treatment in the end of December 2015 a month later I started seeing the hair grow right back. I do understand that not all hair type are the same and that some hair might grow back and all that! I have been told many times that my hair type is the ideal hair type for this sort of treatment with some touch ups yearly. While laser infinity did not guarantee that the hair would complete be gone I was expecting this to last longer. I Messaged the business to reach out, when I got a call back it was more to tell me that I signed a paper that says that it wasn't guaranteed not offering a solution.
