If all you do is drink the amount of water they tell you and don't eat 1hr before this will not work for you. I've done the procedure both ways: 1. With the above instructions and 2. With the following: I got a professional trainer who has measured everything (inches, body fat, BMI, etc) and they also provide a meal plan for weight loss and muscle building. Every body is different so what works for me might not work for you. When meeting with my trainer 3-4 times a week, exercising on my own the rest of the week, sticking to my strict meal plan 5-6 days a week (had 1 cheat day on occasional weeks) not only did my stomach get flat, but my skin also retracted. My problem area is my lower belly, and the owner was worried that I would need a different treatment after lipo laser sessions because after the fat is dissolved that particular skin tends to be lose and sag, but this was not my case. This could be due to the workout sessions, or just my genes. But as I'm losing the fat in my belly, the lower belly skin is not sagging. My point is, this is a lifestyle change. Jus coming to get the treatment will not work if the rest of your habits do not change.

I tell her I like arched eyebrows and wanted to keep my shape. I specifically tell her I do not want rounded eyebrows. Well, my left eyebrow was over threaded and is now round on the bottom. i guess I should've known when she did not bring me a mirror to look at them. I am going to have to fill it in so it matches with my right eyebrow. She then tells me to go to the private area so she can wax me. Hands me wipes so that I can freshen up. When she comes back in, she rushed through the waxing because people were coming in. At the end, she puts oil on me and says she's done and walks out. I get up, go grab another wipe and start cleaning the oil off. It is then that I realize she left entire patches of broken hair all over. No such thing as a smooth feeling anywhere. I am not coming back ever! I will have to go pay someone else $60 for a Brazilian that should've been done correctly in the first place. Save your money.

On my most recent visit, I got the works. Kathie is the only person in the state of Virginia who uses sugaring for hair removal, and it's awesome. It is kind of like waxing without the heat or irritation on your skin. In the process you also get a little exfoliation too (bonus!). It was so cool, I wanted her to do my whole body (maybe on the next visit). Kathie measured the hydration level in my face, exfoliated away all the gross dead skin, moisturized me up, and even got rid of all of my blemishes. She has this cool argon tool that literally took some huge zits and made them go away in less than a day. For each step, Kathie talked to me about my skin and simple ways that I can improve it at home. She also had great suggestions on products (that she doesn't get a cut from) on the market that will help in the long term.
