When it comes to giving you the best lashes and customer experience ever, Vallora is the place! This form of art takes alot of patience & love for what you do, so I know when I say Valeria and her crew at Vallora deliver nothing but exceptional service every single time! I have been to countless of lash artists and I have never stuck with one because of the lack of consistency in work, quality, & price and here at Vallora I have found them all plus more (which is Valeria), a truly beautiful soul! I feel so lucky to have found this gem, that I am constantly raving about it to everyone & anyone who complements me on my lashes. :) I knew as soon as I stepped foot in here I would shortly become one of those girls who became addicted to getting their lashes done every 2 weeks- month! I enjoy the benefits of not having to add mascara or false lashes every time I'm going out, or simply waking up... lets be honest ;) it is truly a life saver. The lashes I get are hybrids that give me a cat eye look. (LOVE!) I have big almond shaped eyes and so they give me just what I need to make me look glamorous and yet subtle. What I love about my lashes is if you take care of them properly they last you so long!! I remember when I first got them done, my lashes lasted me almost 3 months! Now that's what I'm talking about! But since I like mine full and fluffy, I usually go every 3weeks- month for a refill. The main reason why I got lashes done was when I was going on vacation- it makes my life so easy without the hassle of wasting too much time on getting ready, trust me.. I am all for saving time because I'm that girl who takes her sweet time getting ready lol! My second reason was because I was getting married and I refused to have my lashes coming off in the middle of me saying my vows lol BRIDES trust me when I say, get the dang lashes!! You will 100% not regret and can thank me later by saying Marby referred you ;) I will attach some close up photos without makeup & some when I get all glammed up. I am forever booked with getting my lashes done here and now I found out I can also get my brows done here too, so helloooo WIN WIN!

I have found one of the best in the business so far in Alexandria, VA. Natalia not only did a fantastic job to my face, we actually had a mini tutorial session after, where she explained that what I was eating had a lot to do with the break-out on my face. We eliminated things that were bad for me. She advised me to drink more water, which I haven't been doing. My face looks so much better after only one session. I made the appointment for my next facial right away! Thank you Natalia!

I was really happy that she had the availability to get me in within days at a time that worked for my busy schedule. She took a more natural approach for me, and seemed to put a lot of thought and consideration into the work she was doing. She listens to your needs and also gives you input based off her experience and knowledge. I was happy that she could guide me through decisions instead of saying sure let's do it while knowing my face would benefit more from something else. And she was right with her suggestion, so again, very glad she uses her voice and best judgment all while also being open to your wants. She provides input and leaves it to you to make the best decision for yourself. She has a very positive, pleasant and outgoing personality. She had music playing lightly in the background on her phone and it just gave a great vibe to the experience.Very easy to speak to her and felt like we were immediately friends. I found myself wanting to ask her to get together sometime lol - she did not rush me out of the office and we had very good interesting discussions. She does not rush clients and spends time to make sure things are just as they need to be. Beyond the actual work being done at appointments, I truly value having such a great experience with a service provider. There is a major difference between providers who push you in and out of their office, and providers like Therese who put their heart into their work and patients. Therese is the type of person I will be a loyal customer to. I do not go in frequently for Botox or filler, but when I do, I am absolutely choosing to go back to her. I am surprised that she doesn't have any other reviews on here. I found her through yelp, but would absolutely recommend her to folks. Thank you, Therese!!!
