From the moment you walk in, the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, consistently providing excellent customer service. I've had sessions with a few different therapists, all were great, but Anna truly stands out. My first appointment with her was one of the best massages I've ever had, and I've requested her every time since. She is talented, professional, and a hard worker. A lot of therapists take mini-breaks or can slow down but she is consistent. She has an exceptional ability to find and relieve tight areas I didn't even realize needed attention. If you're looking for a high-quality experience, I highly recommend booking with Anna.

I did the 70 minute Royal head spa treatment. I know heads spas are a new thing. My friend mentioned one she had in another city and I thought it would be fun to try. And it was delightful! It was very relaxing, and I can't wait to go back! Even when I left a passer by commented how relaxed I looked. This was a stranger lol so I take her for her word. Definitely recommend.!!

I had my first laser before had 8 sessions in Hawaii and their laser was extremely painful this was 2015 but the hair grew back super fast and maybe my hair growth cycle was different then. The laser at flawless is truly FLAWLESS! It's an amazing laser it's not painful and it gets the job done. When I first went there I didn't even need the full package but they told me to do it just to make sure I get the full results which I did! I think you need 9 session or 10 depending on your hair growth cycle and type. I was on birth control so I had way more hair growing and they told me it could be the hormones. Well it's still went away! I got touch ups here and there maybe 3 times every 1 year. Right now it's been a full year and I have not been to the clinic to get laser it's hardly any hair just a little at the top. Enough to only get one treatment for the whole year. I have also tried their laser facials but I will say do this during the winter I think I did mine during the summer with no sunscreen. Do this in the winter with sunscreen but my facial turned out really beautiful on me I would def do that again. It is a bit far from me but they have amazing service extremely professional. This place is a scam. The level of professionalism exhibited does not align with the price and the…read moreservice you receive. I received the worst facial of my life here and I want to make sure that no one ever comes here. I already wasn't expecting much because of the location, it's in a shopping center near a Mexican grill. Then they demanded I pay before receiving the service which was weird but ok. I had called prior to coming in to make sure that they knew how to perform extractions well and was told yes. This was a lie because the person that was doing my facial had about 5 months of experience and didn't perform full extractions which was so frustrating, especially after this was the primary reason for said facial. No cooling globe, no steam - nothing about this place warrants a $175 medical facial, nothing about the facial was medical grade. Upon asking for a partial refund she didn't have the cash I just gave her was extra weird so they had ti put the refund on my card. Do yourself a favor and make the drive to Wisconsin Ave, Chevy chase, Alexandria or silver spring for a reputable place for a facial.
