Appointments are easy to make. I spoke to the receptionist who was very pleasant and efficient. There is also a 15 minute grace period in case you're running late on the day of your appointment. The building itself is wheelchair accessible and holds many medical offices including a Quest Diagnostics. I don't know if all the offices are easily accessible by wheelchair so you may want to call first. The nursing assistant and the doctor work well together so you don't have to repeat yourself. My appointment was pleasant, thorough and fast. The doctor and the staff were friendly and welcoming.
