They had a really great way of presenting the packages to let you know that would be a cheaper deal in the long run, but they weren't pushy. I can't wait to come back. Actually, I can because I almost died. I haven't waxed forever, but Love hooked it up!

This was my first time ever being waxed and Mia was great. She was very quick, I may have been in there for 15-20mins at most. She talked to me the entire time which helped keep. I would be lying if I said areas still aren't tender after hours of having it done, but they are. It's not too bad though. Just breathe, pull your stomach taut, and talk to her and you'll be fine. Also because of COVID, she has on a mask and a face shield so I felt safe. Lynn worked on my eyebrows for about 4 months before I moved out of state. In that time my poor brows had made great progress. Fast forward 2 years later, I've moved back to the area and without hesitation knew I had to allow Lynn to work her magic and get my brows back in shape again. Making an appointment was easy. She remembered me which made me feel special. This time around my brows weren't as bad off, but they will still need some work. I wouldn't trust anyone else but Lynn to give me brows to be envied. Lynn is an expert as what she does. She knows her stuff, and by stuff I don't just mean brows. She is a professional esthetician, who is more than willing to not only serve you but give you free advice to help whatever skincare/ health journey you're on. Simply the Best -- A True Healer!…read more I've been seeing Venise at Indulgence Health for years, and I can honestly say she is the best massage therapist I've ever had and I'm a massage enthusiast who has seen many! I originally came to her with chronic back pain, and her care has been absolutely life-changing. Venise's approach goes far beyond massage she embodies true holistic wellness. She takes time to understand what your body needs and integrates techniques that relieve tension, fluid retention, and stress. I love that she also offers teas, wellness recommendations, and personalized care that support healing from the inside out. The ambiance is peaceful and rejuvenating, and everyone on her team provides excellent service. I've tried other therapists there as well, and they're wonderful too, but Venise's touch and intuition are unmatched. If you're looking for a place that blends professional expertise, holistic healing, and genuine care, Indulgence Health is it. Highly recommend!

I took off work to go with my husband on this apt out of concern over new appearances on his back & face. She begrudgingly made an exception when my husband requested that I come in. Upon my admittance, she rudely asked why I thought I needed to be there & if he was unable to communicate her findings to me at home. Her vocal tone throughout the exam was condescending while her body language & facial expressions communicated disdain. She proceeded to give medical reasons based on my husband's complexion, making the assumption that he is caucasian. She also made a statement regarding him as not being black & when corrected remarked that he insists on faking that he is Jamaican. He is a very fair-skinned man of mixed race (black & white), which is stated on his paperwork, born & raised in Jamaica. We were both insulted and astonished by her unprofessional & rude mannerisms. This interaction not only turned us off on an interpersonal level, but also caused us to not trust her medical advice as she refused to take his complete genetic make-up into account.
