I decided to try laser hair removal at Milan Laser, and overall, I'm happy with the results. I've…read moretried waxing, threading, and electrolysis, and laser has been the most effective for me. Though I understand it is not effective for everyone. The treatments are insanely expensive, so I recommend saving up or opening a new credit card to earn points with your payment. Milan offers "unlimited" sessions (with the asterisk that no longer applies if they go out of business or change their name) per body area (which can be specific or a bundle - full body, lower or upper legs, panty line or brazilian, belly, chest, back, underarms, neck, face, upper lip, etc). I consider the unlimited package an advantage for hair growth driven by hormonal causes as hormones may fluctuate and you may need ongoing touchup sessions. A word of caution that the pain can be intense, especially as sessions go on. I wish they offered a free trial session so people could see if they can handle it before committing. The office here in Beaverton is clean and the staff has been friendly and welcoming. Scheduling is simple but they are quite booked up. As a customer you're able to visit any office in the United States, but this one has been the most convenient for me.

When I was first researching hair removal, I came upon Milan. Their prices, unfortunately, were 3-4…read moretimes the cost of other bids from other sources. I then was contacted by Milan and I declined their services due to their costs. They continued to text me constantly as well as email me relentlessly. I unsubscribed from anything I could and blocked their contacts, but they continued relentlessly. I usually would not take the time to make this type of negative review, but when I received another one just now it just hit my last nerve. So beware when you're looking into their services , you could become their next trapped into never-ending text trap.

I did not expect to leave a medspa feeling genuinely appreciated. Perhaps the last place I went to…read morehad bad energy or something of that nature, but I truly felt loved and seen today. I went in for a consultation where I got to share all my aesthetic insecurities. Despite the vulnerability, I felt empowered to make the right decision for me. Further, my decision was treated with respect which made me feel more confident about moving forward. I ended up getting masseter Botox for my TMJ. My injector made me feel comfortable and even provided me with anxiety relief tools. She was precise, patient, and provided wonderful patient care. Unfortunately, my injector is no longer at this business but I'd be willing to see others who are also qualified and experienced. I also appreciate the complementary 2 week follow up because it alleviates any concerns about possible complications.

Very similar review to the average of those here. It is about half and half. The studio is very…read morebeautiful, everyone is nice, but it is overpriced. I have only had Dysport, nothing else and recently went to an equally if not a better location for similar injectables at the Vancouver waterfront and it was a fraction of the price. You can also find Groupons (then cross check their Yelp reviews) for a fraction of that. I usually prefer to do lasers etc when I travel because it is MUCH LESS than of the price for the same treatments in the states, but I usually get Botox at home. Overall the vibes are weird, cons of treatments (other than dangerous) aren't really shared, or alternative options for the look you want are not shared (if not sold here) similar to other reviews. I originally tried Dysport in my massetur muscles in my jaw for tension. It helped of course but I did notice slight jowling after which I found out was correlated/caused from Botox in the jaw from tiktok vids. Needless to say, it isn't addressing the underlying problem and is just a bandaid. My last appointment here, I shared I wanted to look a little lifted and refreshed mostly under my eyes. I had done lasers and microneedling in the past which helped, but was short lived. Now -- more thanks to tiktok -- I probably need to fork over for sculptra or sofwave. This will NOT be fixed by injectables. My nurse told me she could do a little cheek filer and some other filler around my face. Mind you, I'm terrified of filler. Potentially I would want a facelift down the line which I have heard can complicate that process, but mostly I don't like the bloated look, it is often so obvious and then you become blind to it, keep getting it, and look crazy. Especially in the cheeks. I already have full lips so I don't need that. It was sold as if it would even out my face and give more balance, and I thought about it, did trust the nurse, who had great texture but who's own filler was still a tad overdone, making me a little wary. It's not like Botox where it wears off over months. You're getting it "dissolved" or whatever with little lumps lying around forever, so I wanted to take the time to think about it and ended up canceling. I could see others being very pressured and trying at the appointment even though I'm sure this is as overpriced as Botox and it gives you the vibes they're trying to hit a metric. They should give you options--even if they don't offer the treatment--for the result you are looking for.
