So awesome the customer tells the "artist" and they BLAME THEM. She used a phone app to figure out my brow shape and outline... that's not how it's done. I went home and tried to peel the pigments out. Once after I healed and waited months on a list to see a reputable girl in Vancouver WA to flush the pigments and also had to wait for them to fade. That was 1800 for four sessions. I then went without corrected brows for two years and paid 1200 again. And I will tell you both girls tell me they always have to correct her work and I am not the first person to see them for corrections. So if you want terrible brows she's the one to see , if you need them corrected message me I know where to go get them fixed. If you want to see my best friend who does a way better job than her for just double the price and she's an actual artist message me I'll provide contact info. The only thing I see this gal do a good job on is lashes for the price from photos and others who have seen her. But for brows she's not your gal,

Originally I was going to do…read morethe lashes for my trip and not keep them, but once I met Martha I fell in love with her work. When I first saw Martha, she did a consultation to examine my face and to work out the best look for me. She involved me in that process so I immediately felt her dedication to make me very happy with the result. She does the same for every new client, which shows a very high degree of professionalism and her true care for the new clients - Martha always does everything to make sure only the best results are achieved. While applying extensions, Martha is very careful and very thorough. She literally goes lash by lash, it's amazing. She cares about hygiene, which is very important to me. Her salon is very cozy and clean, and she keeps a little snack for those of us who never have enough time. There have been times when I texted Martha with questions and she aways got back to me within short amount of time. She does a great job on accommodating my busy schedule. I would not go see another lash artist, there is not a better one than Martha around here. Her work product is beautiful, and her personality is very caring and fun, while professional at the same time. P.S. I get harassed daily with questions about my lashes. Anywhere I go, women want to know if the lashes are really mine (they look that natural) and if not, WHO DOES THEM? Thank you Martha, you are an amazing talent!!! Lucky to have you here in PDX.

I have been with her for years, following her to each new place and am continuously amazed by her attention to detail, wealth of skills, and diligence as a business owner. Lashes, from Lily- 100% without a doubt the most positive and trusting experience I've ever had. Not only does she care about her clients but Lily does things right or not at all. I have to admit I am not the most consistent client but I noticed that even when I let my lashes all fall out before a fill, they're not damaged. That was my biggest fear with lashes but Lily's expertise is deep, I would call her a perfectionist. I go for a more natural look. They're subtle, really tasteful and after getting my lashes done from Lily, I doubt that I will find anybody comparable to take her place. Oh my goodness, Emi is a magician…read more I have super stubborn, downwards-pointing asian lashes. I dislike the 'crimped' look of my standard eyelash curler, but hate how long it takes to use my Panasonic heated lash curler. Finally, I found Emi's lash lift service on Groupon.. and I think I can say that my life is changed! Emi was professional and took extra time to make sure my finnicky lashes were set properly, despite my endlessly teary eyes. There was a tiny bit of stinging during the application of the perming lotion, but it went away, and I haven't noticed any change in my eyesight (that was something I was very worried about). Emi made sure I was comfortable with the entire process! I am ecstatic about my lashes- I have officially 'retired' my eyelash curler, and only use a tiny tiny amount of mascara (lest my lashes look like unnatural falsies). Thank you Emi so much for your attention to detail, and excellence in your art!

I have strawberry blonde hair and my eyelashes are soooo light, I look tired if I don't wear mascara because you can't even see my lashes. So I figured the lift and tint would save me from having to wear mascara. It totally does! I got my lashes tinted once before a few years ago from another place, and they didn't get all the way to the base, so I had a line of light hair before the lashes were tinted. I was nervous this would happen again, but nope! Emi was so good, she got all the way to the base and the lift is amazing! My skin is also extremely sensitive, and the only thing that happened was a bit of sensitivity with the tint at the very end. No rashes or angry skin around the eyes! Emi made sure to tell me each step of the way what she was doing and how long things needed to stay on. She stayed in the room during the lift wait time and the tint wait time, and started small talk so I wouldn't be nervous. Great service and great outcome! Love my lashes!!

I've always left my appointments with her with a little spring in my step. It's weird to say that getting waxed is fun when it hurts like hell, but she makes this something I look forward to. She is just so fun and easy to be around! I also love that I never feel judged or uncomfortable; Pink Moon is truly a safe space. There are NO pretentious vibes here. Wanted to note this blurb from her website because she truly stands by this, and I know these can be important criteria when deciding who to go to: "My studio welcomes everyone: clientele of all races, ethnicities, genders and body types. I love and support my fat, POC, LGBTQ, transgender and gender-nonconforming clientele." If you're looking for a waxing, a facial, or eyelash and eyebrow services, I can't recommend Jane enough!
