When I went to Emily, she consulted with me first over the phone (with my concerns after trying someone else) and gave me great feedback on my aging brows and I scheduled an appointment. I was stuck in a horrific traffic upset my first appointment and she was fantastically kind and (unlike other options) she rescheduled my appointment with no penalties, just a tremendous concern for my well being. I left a voice mail on Tuesday, January 2nd at Anastasia Brow Studio at Nordstrom's to reschedule for Wednesday, January 3rd or cancel. I received a call a few hours later from Gretchen and she mentioned that the 3rd was available at 11:00AM which is what I had for the 4th. I asked if there was an earlier spot and she said yes at 10:00AM with her. I told I would take it. I wasn't too picky who did my brows as long as it got done. When I arrived yesterday, my appointment was on time and Gretchen was amazing. Gretchen asked if there was anything in particular that I needed done other than the brow clean up and my response was no. I only pointed out that it's a medium shape for stencil purposes and she agreed. She was friendly, outgoing and a perfectionist like me. I walked out with lovely brows. I look forward to my next visit with her. This has been my #1 place for eyebrow services. I get points on my Nordstrom's card and it's close to where I live. It's a win-win situation for both sides.
