I am so thrilled to be updating this review!…read more Following my initial review, I was contacted by the office manager, Justina, a truly kind person who urged me to come in and have Dr. Rydzik take a look at the scar. I was wary of returning, as, in my experience, I've found that accountability is rare to come by in medical practices (or in the world at large today!). But I can honestly say I am so glad to have been wrong in this instance. Dr. Rydzik acknowledged that an error had been made and told me that the medical assistant who had removed my stitches was receiving further training. She examined my arm and confirmed a keloid had formed due to the stitches being removed too early and she and her medical team provided me with a complimentary laser treatment to reduce the appearance of the scar, in addition to noting that, if future treatments for this scar are needed, those treatments would be complimentary as well. They were warm, reassuring, and really put me at ease. Thank you, Dr. Rydzik, Justina, and Bilkey (I'm so sorry if I'm misspelling your name) and a big thank you as well to the lovely woman who performed the laser on my arm today (so sorry, I'm forgetting your name!). just started to come here, after taking a liking to the whole idea of eyelash extensions. my cousin…read morementioned places that do membership deals for periodic refills, so i opted to try out the lash lounge! i came in my first time to get a refill on some extensions i got done back in Bangkok, and felt like it was reasonably priced. being frugal sometimes, i didn't think that i would need a refill every 2 weeks, since most extensions last about 3-4 weeks. so i didn't sign onto the membership immediately during my first visit. however, when i came back in two weeks later for another refill, i decided it would likely be worth it since i lost a good amount of my lashes during those two weeks - so i decided to enroll in their program. my eyes get pretty sensitive during the process and their technicians do well with working around it and being gentle. im sure they see some weird stuff but i apologize to my technician, whoever it was for falling asleep and twitching lol

This salon is beautiful, very clean and professional. But my lash lift + tint barely deserves 3 stars. There was barely a consultation and the technician got dye in my eye (which took 3 washes to get out! my normal place has never once gotten dye in my eye) so it was already rough when I left, but I left a nice tip because I appreciated her time and in the mirror they looked fine. Once I got back to my car I realized that the curls was looser than I wanted and despite getting black tint, my lashes were much lighter than when I usually get them tinted - I even had friends make comments. I got the service done on 1/16 and by 1/20 my lashes have fallen considerably. I did not get them wet for 30 hours and I dry them any time there is moisture and use the spoolie to curl. I have NEVER had my lashes fall this quickly - they usually last me 7 weeks of some curl! I got them done for an international trip where I didn't want to worry about mascara, but looks like I will be adding a tube to my toiletries. I do not like to leave negative reviews, but I take my personal care services seriously as any woman knows how expensive it gets and I want you (and me) to spend our dollar wisely!
