There were like 6 waxers just sitting in the lobby doing nothing when they informed me they couldn't honor my appointment. Do not go here, this place is toxic and the women running it are stuck up and don't know how to do their jobs. If something gets messed up they don't take responsibility, just blame it on corporate.

She is now 35 minutes away (on a good day), and I am still going to her for my facials. I tried to book with someone closer, but the thought of trusting my face and its issues to anyone else spooked me. I ended up canceling with that person and sticking with Christine. She is extremely knowledgable about all her products and comes up with a custom facial for me depending on what I need that day. Christine has a very gentle touch. In fact, I hate this but 9 times out of 10, I just fall asleep in the middle of my treatment. She is great fun to talk to! Also, Christine never pushes product on me ever. And as an added bonus, I was having a really really bad day and came in crying, and she gave me two big hugs and extra care because as she put it, I needed it! Christine is a very kind person.
