Jessica did a colour correction and brought my hair back to normality. But honestly just saying she did a colour correction doesn't even begin to explain the lengths she went to fixing my hair. She worked her artistry and there was just so many steps involved. And she works quickly and efficiently as well. But the best part is that she's just so nice! It was great. For the color, she said that a lighter color might not actually look the best on me and a subtle brown might be better! I was pretty down for whatever she thought looked good so I trusted the process again. Let me tell you... this subtle brown looked so good with the cut. Also, my hair? Soft as HECK. It was kinda gritty before so I was shook when I touched my hair after the appt. She chatted with me lots and also gave me space too. It was a great balance and also she answered my questions!! I always have so many questions and she answered them all for me!! Including... how to style my hair because I suck at those things. I'll take any advice and tips I can get.
