The worst customer service I've ever had in a retail store. Came in for season rentals for my kids, all of the staff were very unwelcoming, almost as if they were tired and hungover or didn't care there were customers in the store. Any questions I had were answered with uncertainty, and when I asked for clarification or ground truth on anything, the employees acted as if I was asking g for too much. We were basically the only people in the store to pick up rentals, and initially they asked us to come back and grab our skis later, as if it was too much for them to adjust bindings for 2 sets of kids skis and get us out the door. This is a 15 min process, from sizing to adjustments, and with an empty store they acted like it was too much work. After asking if they would handle it now, they reluctantly complied. While waiting g for bindings to be adjusted and checkout, I browsed the snowboard section; not a single employee engaged me to provide insight or assistance, I was basically ignored the entire time I was in the store, from start to finish. When I checked out, the price was decent, but they said the penalty any stolen skis would be the price of brand new skis, despite the fact that the rental skis were over 3 years old, which is pretty ridiculous. We got the skis and boots for the season, but the service and overall interactions were very poor. Probably won't ever come here again or recommend it to anyone. read more
