Linden mostly specializes in formal wear and accessories. You can rent or purchase from them. However, if you choose to purchase make your selection wisely as they don't accept returns. I can't comment on how the rental process works, as I haven't used this service. They sell many earrings, some are more unique then others, I've purchased a pair about a year ago, they still look just as good. The store is very tiny, but is styled really tastefully, having any more then three customers at once is already a crowd. They do have a fitting room, which is so important since all sales are final. If you're looking to support a small business while looking for a formal dress Linden might satisfy your needs.

The items are the same quality as the regular store, but at a much lower cost. A brand new J. Crew Factory store just opened last week in West Hartford's Corbin's Corner. The store has a great layout, and plenty of great summer pieces, for men, women and children. Most of the store is currently on sale for 40 - 50% off. Since this store is brand new, the exterior is still under construction, but It's what's on the inside that matters. The sales associates are friendly and answered all my questions. I've already been here twice since they opened last week. I'm glad to have a factory store nearby now. It's a good idea to come in frequently as new stock comes in often.

My husband and I stopped in while our running errands this past long weekend and we were so…read morepleasantly surprised by our experience. Not only was the store clean and organized, but we were able to find so many great items for both my husband and our 3 year old son. I was elated to find several matching shirts for them to wear over the summer, which I look forward to seeing them in together. Prices were great and having the teacher discount on top of it was excellent. When we went up to the register, the young lady behind the counter (Lauren A) was patient as we troubleshooted which email my J.Crew account was linked to. We ended up sharing some small talk about my husband and I being educators and she was very sweet in engaging about our jobs, summer break, and which grade levels we worked with. She was so positive and genuinely happy/helpful. This wasn't exclusive just to us either. We overheard similar interactions with her and other customers in line before we approached. She was just a kind person, who seemed dedicated to her job. We will definitely return!

I haven't been in one of these stores recently and was blown away by the wall to wall, floor to ceiling stuff that they had. My sister and I came in here looking for replacement caps for her travel mug. Luckily she knew where she was going because I got lost quickly. Not far from the interstate, this is a place that you can come to if you need anything for your home. In terms of pricing, there are some competition around like Marshall's and TJ Max that may offer better or worst pricing for your items, so if you got the time shop around. I will say that you should utilize the stop lights whenever you can and luckily the plaza has one but there are some entrances and exits to the plaza that I would not recommend trying to cut across traffic during some times as the street is pretty busy. Happy shopping

They seem to vie with each other to see who can be more rude. Today I tried to purchase an article of clothing for a little boy. The salesgirl handing me something in pink. I said no, it's for a boy, and she argued with me that it was in the boys section. After telling her "no" four times, she left and said someone else would have to wait on us. We left and spent our money three doors down at Old Navy where the salesgirl was pleasant and accomodating.

I ordered it at the beginning of April, I hadn't received any shipping information by the end of May. So I reached out and crickets. I cancelled the membership and in June got an email from them saying they had experienced an illness in the family and that they would be shipping it out the first week of July. I understand things happen, but to not have a communication put in place for something like this is unprofessional. It is August 10th and I just today received the shirt, and it's not great quality. The graphics are cool but that's it. Take your money elsewhere, this has been such a headache.
