Over the years, I have received a handful of shirts with spelling errors which have caused me to go back and forth between my work in Bloomfield and their shop in Glastonbury (not convenient). Prior to this year, I might have given them 2 stars due to these errors and what I would consider sub-par customer service, but this year's experience really takes the cake. I called and requested a quote on 5/28, which I quickly received and was rushed off the phone. About a day later, I emailed the front office with my very complete order (remember, I've done this before, so I know the drill). In the email, I requested a purchase order or cost so that I could pay 1/2 up front like is normally requested. I heard nothing in response. Because our softball season already started (oops - that was my bad!), and I really needed the shirts, I called a few days later Monday, 6/2. At that time, we had a conversation again about the shirts, was told that they would call me back with the final price (which never happened), and given a date that they would be ready for pickup -- Monday, 6/9. I called during my lunch break on 6/9, thinking I better check in before I make the trek to Glastonbury and I am sure glad I did. It took them 30 minutes to figure out what my order was, only to tell me that they messed up (I do appreciate their honesty) and that the shirts weren't ready yet. As the call progressed, I learned that they didn't even order the actual t-shirts themselves yet. Lucky for me, I guess, they will be able to order them via next day delivery and my t-shirts would be ready for pick-up. On 6/10, I called again, luckily my t-shirts were to be ready by 1pm (with my first softball game to be at 5:45). This caused me to rush out of work early at 4pm to get there and back by game time. Once I arrived, everything went smoothly. I paid (more than I expected due to the fact that the XXL size cost more and no one ever told me!!) and left. Really bad experience. Bad customer service. Having come here with repeat business year after year, I would have expected to be treated better. I certainly plan on being less lazy next year and search for a new t-shirt shop. Grr!

They made it extremely easy to get our logo digitized and got us set up with an online store for our members to make purchases from. Their staff is very knowledgeable about the products they sell and how the different styles (screen printing, embroidery etc) will work on the different fabrics.
